Full Stack Webs took on our digital presence overhaul and approached the initial strategy phase much more symbolically than I expected . The visual refresh and site structure updates turned out clean and the core development team was easy to coordinate with during the main build . The middle of the project got a bit rocky when we tried to to expand our scope to include specific SEO optimization and added features. The communication broke down regarding what was covered under supplemental packages and we felt pushed toward upsells rather than getting straightforward technical answers. They get the baseline web development job done but administrative transparency around extra services needs improvement.
