I only subscribed to Fubo to watch the final soccer matches for world cup. The first month cost me $59.93 including taxes, which seemed fair. However, the very next month my bill jumped to $98 including taxes.
That's a huge increase. The advertised price is misleading because the final bill ends up being much higher than expected.
I canceled my subscription immediately. If you're only signing up to watch a tournament or a few games, be aware that the price can increase significantly after the first month. I would not recommend Fubo based on my experience.
I spent the $31 for a month's subscription to FUBO so I can watch the Argentina vs. Spain FIFA game. Only to find out Canada is excluded from the FIFA games. Very odd because there were literally FIFA games in Toronto. They do "service" Canada, but I suspect that the selection is quite limited. I don't recommend FUBO unless you live in the United States.
Sydney was super nice and informative and helped me with my cancelation and request for refund so professionally. She represents what customer service is meant to be. Especially in these days! Thank you
Like many of you I received the below email.
In my opinion Fubo attempts to act like a hero returning NBC to its service but then out of the generosity of their heart raises the already expensive service monthly fee by $15! One more reason the average consumer gets jobbed!

Important Account Information
Dear Subscriber,
We are excited to announce that NBC is coming back to Fubo!
You already have access to Bravo, Telemundo and Universo! In the coming weeks you will also get your local NBC channel & NBC Sports Network.
In addition to Sunday Night Football you’ll get national NBA games, Sunday Night Baseball, English Premier League, Notre Dame football, WNBA and much much more!
Unfortunately in order to keep up with our increased content costs we have to pass some of it along to our subscribers. Once NBC is available in your area the base price subscription for your Pro Monthly plan will be priced up by $15/month, on your next bill cycle.
If you have any questions, visit our help center.
Thank you,
The Fubo Team
Don't do it!! Try any other channel instead. This one is imposible to close the account. The only option they give you is trough a 3rd party, they charge you 22 dollars "to close it" just to keep charging you for it. Charges go all the way up to 86 dollars. Worse channel I've ever seen.

i seen a link to get a free trial but wrong! they had me to enter the email before seeing the plans and "trials" but when i got on the platform, there wasn't. And now if they ever offer one i will never be able to see if i want to browse what they have. Good setup!! genius now they can erase a chance to give a free trial but the trial was the first month was $64 and they can sell my email. very clever. Thats a way to make money without having a customer. i don't even know what shows or movies are on it.
This company started charging me for services after I received confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled, then gives no authority to their live call representatives to make amends or resolve the situation. Each time, the call representative indicated they would "escalate" my case to the billing team, then I get a copy-and-paste response denying my claim that contains no information I stated in my phone calls. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank because the final representative I spoke with told me that once they deny a claim, they will not look at the case and reconsider no matter the circumstances. Very frustrating, time consuming, and a horrible company policy that tries to get customers to just give up since they can't actually speak with someone who can help.

Predatory billing practices. Singed up for 30 day free trial and was charged about $80 24 hours later. A couple days later a monthly charge hit. Roughly $160 charged in the first 3 days of a 30 day "free" trial.

Devastating experience, frustrated and very much disappointed with FUBO. Stay away from them . They’re saying that I should cancel before my trial date but no options to do that . They’re saying I’m using my subscription but I have my fox1 for FIFA. ticket #8016236
That’s completely false . Request #7985092 was called on the 15th which is a follow up call already because I called on the last day of trial and the 22nd will be the third follow up call. That’s completely false

Do not sign up for the free trial. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription and you will get charged for a TV service that really isn't that special. It's over priced and a scam.

Good service but very expensive. My rate went up about 40% without notice and Fubo makes it impossible to cancel their service. I guess I will have to block the payment

This company deals with your issues in a professional and competent manner. Quick wait time and rapid solution. Their automated system handles most issues however their human backup is a great additional resource.
Giving three stars because the overall experience has been good for the most part. I just see it as a very expensive option that still is lacking a lot of what sports fans expect from a service known for its sports content.
I've been a subscriber for a while and I understand the challenges in maintaining channel lineups in a highly competitive streaming environment. Losing the NBC Universal channels late last year was disappointing and Fubo did give a monthly account credit to allow subscribers to offset the cost of a Peacock streaming cost. Now, I see the NBC Universal lineup is back but I'm reading that the cost to subscribers is going to be more than the initial credit given when those channels were lost. On top of that, for the streaming service that is dubbed the best for sports there is still no access to TBS, TNT, and TruTV, which carry a significant number of NCAA, MLB, NBA, and NHL games. There is no other way to get those channels without a competitive streaming service. I may need to consider other options as its getting very expensive and still lacks a lot of what if expect for that cost.

They are a very stand-up company behind the product. I was very pleased with the results I got from them.
I don't know how many times I will keep buying items from BestBuy and trying to activate my "included" FREE 30 day trial... They never send me the email promised. I click on the Activate Button Anyway. It takes me to a page for "BestBuy Customers" to receive 30 days - after (if you don't cancel in time) charge to your credit card for $89.98. That's it. Just be aware in advance the navigation and effort involved for the 30days.

They lead the way in customer service. Not hiding their number, everyone is always very helpful. Screw NBC! Only thing I have the peacock app for, is the MX/SX races. I would like to stay on the pay plan i have. Thanks!!
I am in Italy, and wanted to watch World Cup Matches. Fubo told me on one of the online sites that if I bought a subscription they would show mw the matches. I bought the subscription and when I tried to turn on a game was told that subscription was not good in Italy. But if I was in the US why would I pay for a subscription when I can watch the games on Fox? False pretenses to get people to subscribe.

The five stars is for Jake the fixer. Your AutoBot answering service gets one star. Ai customer service only made me cranky. A robot is NO substitute for a real live person.
Thanks,
Helen Burch
I received a credit for a baseball game you couldnt show me tonight.
Thank you
predatory free trial strategy that makes it difficult to cancel subscriptions.
