The mold spores had spread throughout the house, and we did not feel safe living her we even needed to stay in a hotel for a while. FreshGuard and DampGuard carried out a complete HEPA deep cleaning and guided us through the entire process from start to finish, always keeping us informed and up to date.

From the very first conversation through to the initial inspection, mold removal, and ongoing maintenance program, everything was handled professionally and with care. Nick and his team were fantastic. We are based in Lisbon and renting an apartment that had mold accumulating for years above the stove area due to lack of ventilation. His team was kind, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions before getting started. They then completed the work thoroughly and efficiently. It's sparkling clean now. After the treatment was completed, there was no smell at all and I was pleasantly surprised (we didn't use the bleach option as the area is not visible). We were able to use our kitchen almost immediately afterwards. I would recommend FreshGuard for any and all mold issues - they are wonderful!!

I contacted FreshGuard because of mold issues in my bedroom. They were super fast in responding, and first scheduled a free appointment to see whether they'd be able to help me. I then scheduled the mold removal with Nick, who was not only very professional and thorough, but also very kind. And most importantly, he was honest and was able to take away my anxiety that was caused my this mold issue.

Moreover, they identified the source of the mold, recommended a sustainable solution (replacing the windows) and suggested a trusted company to get this done.
