No samples

The product matches the description, but once again I did not receive samples with my order, despite the information on the website for each product stating that samples are added to orders and despite selecting the option to receive those samples. This is disappointing—what is the point of including this information and option at all?

Flawless buying experience

Zero problems with phone contact (a bit concerned by the low TP rating, I called them before placing an order to figure how valid/trustworthy they were), smooth ordering process, quick despatch and timely delivery, correct order items plus freebies, all adequately packed. I'll sure be a returning customer.
