Theodor did a great job. My phone died and fixed it with magic touch. He was very polite and professional.

Warning! When buying an old iPhone 8, the seller verbally promised me before the actual purchase that it came with a guarantee allowing returns ("öppet köp").

After the actual purchase had been completed and I had paid and received the receipt, the seller carefully explained that the identity number of the phone was correct. It was done purely to capture video footage that showed the receipt.

Later on, I changed my mind after finding out what was wrong with my old phone and went to return the iPhone 8.

The seller just laughed at me and pointed to the receipt where it was printed that the mobile phone could not be returned after purchase.

Even if I had discovered this right after the purchase by looking at the receipt, I would not have been able to return the phone.

It was a pure scam, promising something verbally and then printing something completely different after having been paid.

OBS! Do not go there! They lie, trick, and tell misleading and incorrect information!

Super bad UX/UI on a website when a user wants to buy products. For example, when a user wants to buy glue and sees that it's out of stock, they might still have it in a physical store. So when the user clicks the button to check store availability, they end up on the homepage, which makes no sense. I personally don't understand why they haven't implemented a drop-down list showing which stores have the product available.
I also tried calling the Kungsbacka store — nobody picked up. At the Gothenburg store, there was one guy whose speaking voice was very hard to follow; his voice was so low I could barely hear him, and his dialect was also difficult to understand. There was no service-minded tone either.
I also heard from them that it takes more than a week to replace the battery on an old Samsung phone, which doesn't make sense to me — which is why I'm going to give them a low rating.

Theodore did a swift and excellent job! Within 1 hour he changed battery and screen protection. Second time I went to Fix my Phone store and still happy !

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how unbelievably incompetent this whole experience was.

I walked into Fix My Phone with a broken device, and at first, everything seemed promising. The initial service was actually great and the first staff was very attentive, and genuinely helpful. Based on that, I trusted them and ended up buying a refurbished phone since mine was apparently beyond saving.

That’s where everything went downhill.

After just TWO days, the phone they sold me completely failed, not charging at all. I went back to the store, expecting a quick solution. Instead, I was sent on a ridiculous back-and-forth between stores. One location told me the issue was the charging port and that I needed to go to another branch. When I got there, they contradicted that completely and said it was the battery, and that only the original store could fix it.

So I wasted time going back and forth because no one seemed to have a clue what they were doing.

When I returned the next day, suddenly it wasn’t the battery after all. Even though they already knew it wasn’t the charging port either, they STILL made me wait an entire day just to replace it anyway.

After replacing basically everything they could think of, they made me wait for TWO HOURS while charging a dead phone. The employee even admitted they were instructed to keep me there until closing time. That’s not service, that’s stalling.

They dragged this out for THREE days, avoiding the obvious truth: they sold me a defective phone that had no chance of working.

This is easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.

Inocent is the best

Changed battery on iphone and got much worse result and they think its completely normal. Dont go here, go to a legitimate iphone repair store instead, it aint worth it

Verify with their work

I asked clearly if it was a real Apple battery and they said yes. And now I have to pay double price as it wasn’t cheap either. I don’t recommend and trust what they say!

Do not use this company, they swapped my battery and broke the charge port then told me to go to one of their other places 30km away and they didn't have the charge port, so they sold me a wireless charger and ordered the charge port, the wireless charger didn't charge my phone because when I had it inspected by another company they told me that whoever swapped the battery damaged something on the main board and now the phone was scrap because it would cost the same to replace the board as the phone costs, went back to ask for a refund and was told that the phone shop I had gone to doesn't know what he was talking about, contacted head office after this and got told that it's not their problem, so I lost 2400:-
They don't know what they are doing.

Phone quality is complete rubbish , bought what was meant to be a new standard phone , battery dies on 20 percent , the phone screen itself keeps popping out , both cameras stopped working and had to be replaced. Nothing but hassle , terrible repairs and horrible quality phones. Avoid at all costs.

Visited the store at Väla, Helsingborg to get the broken glass on my iPad replaced.
According to the webpage they take 30-60 minutes to replace the glass. I was told that they could not fix it until the day after and they would message me when it was ready. The next day I never received any message that it was ready, so decided to call them around 16:00 in the afternoon to check. I was told they had been too busy but would fix it during the evening and then message me. I waited until 19:00 without getting any message, so I called again. This time I was told that they were missing a part but it would come the next day and they would again message me when it was ready. Luckily on the third day, the managed to resolve my issue.
Although I pointed out all this them they couldn’t compensate me on any way.

This is a complete joke of a company that has no idea what customer service is!
I can’t recommend anyone to go here.

I paid 990 SEK for a battery change yesterday but feel no difference from my old battery.
The staff at the shop were very nice but I feel disappointed with what I got in return. If I knew it I would not have changed batteries.

Scammers! purchased a "refurbished" phone in Gothenburg. Never again!

No response or mail after i gave my phone for repair.. fix my phone should call or send message.. went shop but no person present..i have no idea how to contact these people for my phone.. fix my phone brunsparken Gothenburg

Put a iPhone in there a few months ago for new screen and wiped the phone of every thing.

I ordered a package to turn in my iPad. When the package arrived I did not have the opportunity to get the package. I was out of my town due to personal reasons. There was no way I could get the package. A few weeks later I received an invoice on 400sek. This information was no where to be seen when ordering. I tried emailing fixmyiphone and telling them that I was sorry but I didn’t have the chance to get the package in time. The answer I got was short and very unhelpful basically blaming me, telling me to pay.
So since fixmyiphone fails to inform you this, think twice before ordering.
