Ordered a cutlery insert for my kitchen drawer. The delivery was super quick, but the product appeared to have been damaged during delivery. I contacted Fearon who resolved the issue quickly and sent out a new one immediately.

Advertised a product that they dont have for sale and knowingly sent something else and then claim that it is the same 🤣 when it is clearly different.

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. Was guided through my Kitchen order and was made and ready when they said it would . I forgot seal for glass doors and these were posted onto me without charge. Very well made units.
