Fallers had the exact ring i wanted for my wife in her size and they agreed to ship it to my post office box rather than my house so it could be a surprise. it was shipped promptly and received with 10 days of the order. My wife was absolutely over the top with the ring. Great product, great story and great service!

Currently living in Mexico but wanted an authentic Claddagh as a “treat yo’self” gift to myself. After much research, opted to order through Faller’s. Shipping into Mexico can be a bit of a craps shoot, so I had some concerns, but I emailed customer service right after ordering regarding some of the additional info they should add to the shipping documents, and they were very responsive. The ring shipped in early July and was scheduled to arrive on the 17th. Welp, it arrived 10 days early (!!!) and is STUNNING. It was beautifully packaged (even tho it was clear customs had opened it) and I’m so thrilled with the purchase. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience With Fallers
I recently purchased a bracelet for my wife from Fallers for our wedding anniversary and was absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish. Prompt response to my questions…
Prompt response to my questions regarding the watch, shipping dates, and US tariffs. Order was promptly filled and shipped and very safely packaged. Good communication on status of order and shipping. While being in the USA and ordering from businesses overseas can cause nervousness, Fallers did an excellent job with promptness of the shipment and updates on the order. I would certainly order from them again.

I place I’ll be a repeat customer
I place I’ll be a repeat customer. If I could I’d make the rating a 4.99 but I completely recommend. This was an on-line purchase from US of a UK only limited edition Citizen watch. It couldn’t have been faster to complete and get to shipper. After a US Customs delay it arrived packaged for a gift - complete with a packaged Fallers gift bag. Including a filled out warranty card.
The only hassle was, as a newbie importing a watch, Fallers was no help. Tried to reach three times for help on the US Customs watch form. Panicked after days before the return to sender date, I gave best estimate information which got the hold released. I’m 100% sure Fallers had the information but no idea why they didn’t provide. Again a newbie so maybe accurate information doesn’t matter.
