It has now been over 15 days since last review
It has now been over 15 days since I posted my previous review (You can check that out on Trustpilot), and MatrixClouds has provided neither my server nor a refund. To explain their practice clearly: if you buy a server, use it for 4 days, and the service stops after they give you a reason like "Data Center Isssue", "VPS supplier Issue" and many more then after 2-3 days your service will be stopped, you may be asked to wait for a couple of days. If you keep asking questions, their staff may threaten to ban you, and later refuse a refund by saying “you used the service for more than 2 days”, even though they stopped the service themselves.
That is exactly what happened in my case. I received no service, no refund, and I am now banned instead of being helped. If anyone wants proof, you can contact me directly: (Discord: arham7777_84241). You can also ask MatrixClouds directly whether they refunded me or restored my “PERMANENT” service, and why I was banned. This review will be updated if my permanent service is restored or a full refund is issued.
Ask these questions to Matrixclouds. If Matrix Clouds is going to write a reply then answer these:
1. Why does your policy deny refunds after 2 days even when the service is stopped by you due to data center or internal issues?
2.Can you publicly confirm whether you restored my server or issued a refund—and if not, explain why a paying customer was banned instead?
3.Is threatening or banning customers for asking repeated questions about service downtime part of your official support practice?
4. We had asked you for a temporary server with same specifications for the time till your team works on your "VERY INTERNAL ISSUES". Had you provided a temporary server?
5. Why are customer complaints and negative reviews removed or users banned from your Discord instead of being addressed transparently, and how should potential customers trust a company that moderates criticism rather than resolving it?

Matrixclouds has not replied yet, If they said that i am lying why didn't they answer these questions? Matrixclouds no reply... Seems like data center issue huh?

Matrixclouds said it was 500₹ around of server. Proof?
I do have proof that i purchased for a 1000 INR.
They said they have discontinued their permanent services.
It may happen that they shut off their brand and stop all services?
This is not how a deal works.
Their own employees (including mukesh) said that this is permanent service with a condition (You must use the server and it should not be inactive for more than 20 days otherwise they'll temporary block the server) i always followed that.
Never leave server inactive.
Still they shut it.
This is knows as "Service Barred/Deactivated". What they did is fake marketing.
THEY ARE FAKE!
THEIR 32 GB RAM + INFINITE CPU PLAN.....
THIS WAS ONLY MARKETTING.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
YOU SAW THEIR REPLIED.
THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify our position regarding this matter.
The customer purchased a Permanent Server plan and actively used the service for approximately 3–4 months. The total amount paid for this plan was around ₹500.
Due to ongoing data center and VPS supplier changes, we have made the decision to discontinue our Permanent Server plans entirely. Unfortunately, this means we are no longer able to continue providing or restoring permanent services, as this plan is no longer supported by our infrastructure or business model.
Because the service was already used for several months, and because the plan has now been officially discontinued, we are unable to issue a refund under our current policies. The refund policy states that services used beyond the initial period are not eligible for refunds.
Regarding the request for a temporary replacement server, we were not able to provide an alternative server with the same specifications, as the permanent plan itself has been phased out and equivalent resources are no longer available.
As for the Discord ban, the action was taken due to repeated messages and disputes after a final decision had already been communicated. We acknowledge that this situation was frustrating, but moderation actions are taken to maintain order within our community spaces.
We understand that this outcome may be disappointing, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the shutdown of the permanent plan. However, this decision was made due to internal limitations and supplier constraints, and was not targeted at any individual customer.

MatrixCloud operates with a 99.99% uptime SLA, which is publicly verifiable on our status page, and we have no record of any data loss incidents from our side. In rare situations where customer-side issues arise, we immediately notify users and guide them with available backup options.
