W hosting, it works soooo good... but sometimes I feel like somthing is missing but still its the best hosting I've ever used.

Well the server itself is also quite good for the price, I would really like to stress on the Customer Service part of the Hosting. Afterall, server-side issues are quite prevalent in this "cheap" hosting sphere, even though this one is on the more premium side. If you dont want problems, you go buy a international server for 5x extra, so I dont blame them for the issues.

However the service when there are issues, such as reassurance, free extra compensation, as well as general behaviour is what i really like. Would personally mention DeepWay and Billa as the 2 admins which have helped me the most, mainly the latter, but most admins are quite nice.

While there are definitely some gaps in the service, overall I really like that.

And its a huge plus that they actually have their own servers, and hence they can provide actual reasons for issues, instead of just base corporate-jargon that other companies with rented servers give you.

Their servers components wise are also very good, better than what normally is sold by others in this price range.

I had one of the worst experiences with this service, although I understand my timing may have been unlucky.

After purchasing the service, I had an issue with the panel. I contacted support, and they responded quickly and resolved the initial problem. They then asked me to leave a review on Trustpilot, so I left a 5-star review hoping to support them.

Unfortunately, by the second day, the server went down for the entire day. The downtime eventually extended to about 3 more days due to a technical issue related to storage space. While I understand that technical problems can happen, this was still disappointing.

I contacted support through their website and asked about a refund. They told me that since the issue was on their end, a refund could be issued. I also asked whether the GST I paid would be refunded, and support confirmed that it would. They initially told me to wait 3–4 days.

Later, I opened a ticket on Discord, where I was told the refund would instead take 7–14 days. I asked again whether the GST would be refunded, and support once again confirmed that it would.

Around day 8 or 9, I followed up on the refund. The owner confirmed it would be processed, but when I asked about the GST, I was told:

> "Gst is not in our hand sir its govt tax."

This directly contradicted what support had told me multiple times. I asked for a credit note and also requested the legal or accounting reason why the GST couldn't be refunded. Instead of explaining, I was told the best they could offer was the GST amount as account balance on the website. My request for an explanation was ignored for over a day, even though I could see the owner actively chatting in the general Discord channel during that time.

To be fair, I did receive the refund for the service itself, just not the GST. My biggest issue wasn't the refund amount—it was the inconsistent information from support and the lack of a clear explanation from the owner. Support and management should be on the same page when communicating refund policies.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. It may have been an isolated incident, but based on what I experienced, I can't recommend the service with confidence. I hope they improve their communication and customer support going forward.

not good experience, its been 1 month and server goes down so much time, we have buy additional for good server protection , but still same issue...
Also, its been mooree than 1 week serveer down and not providing addiional days that server has wasted
