Our tour was incredible The accommodations were luxurious, except for Durban. Aside from the Indian Ocean Durbin was the least favorite part of our trip.
The Safaris were everything we ever dreamed of and more. The Zulu village presentation was so very exhilarating, it brought tears to my eyes. But by far the reason why we had such a good tour was Donald our tour guide. He was the best person the most trustworthy, prompt, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and FUN! I had the best time in my life. Thank you Donald!

They are good value. I would have given 5 stars except you need to read carefully what you're getting. Lots of trips are extra where other firms add them in.
But that's where the price comes in.
We look with them 1st and then the others.

Carolina was wonderful, patient and informative. We weren’t as prepared to book as we thought, but she walked us through and we are very happy with our excursion choices. We like the payment options offered which were 60/40 or 33/33/33. Makes is it easier on the pocketbook.

The sales representative was thorough and when I had a question she was not quite sure about she got an answer for me quickly. Trip booked easily and waiting on a call back next week to book a couple of optional excursions.

Your bots are frustrating. Getting a live person a challenge. Once we connected with a live person all the issues were resolved. They were helpful, polite and solved our issue.

This will be my third trip with Exoticca. Booking was not difficult and any questions I had were dealt effectively with your agents. On the last two trips - one to Portugal and another to Morocco, accommodations, transport and, especially, guides were excellent. I felt that, for the cost of each trip, I received excellent value for my money. I would, and have, recommended Exoticca vacations to several others.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience in Ireland. We were initially apprehensive about using an international travel agency, however, our experience with Exoticca was awesome. We didn’t have any problems and the trip was seamless. All accommodations, air travel, lodging, transportation, tour guides and experiences were exceptional. I will definitely use Exoticca in my next travel excursion and would highly recommend them to all.

We had a great trip to Kenya. Our drivers and guides were great, and the hotels and food were, too. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. We took a 10-day trip to Kenya, with seven days at the destination. We had an unforgettable time. The booking process and adding extra activities were easy. My one recommendation is to send an email reminder to get the visas on time.
