Somehow I clicked twice and purchased 4 not 2 hats. I immediately contacted customer service and Durian was able to reduce my order from 4 to 2 hats before the order was filled. My credit card showed the reduction in charge within hours. Great customer service. Durian, your the best. Oh, and I love the hats. Used one everyday here in the California desert!

My package was sent quickly. They were very responsive when I asked to return the product. And my refund was processed in the timeframe indicated. My impression is they are a small company so everything was done via email but there were no delays as a result.

I ordered a hat on line from Everyrush that provides lots of shade for your face. The product was as described but it just didn’t suit me. I reached out to their customer service to ask about returns. Almost immediately I received a response offering to credit my purchase with hopes that we may do business in the future.
I was beyond pleased with their service and would not hesitate to order in the future!!!

There were prompts to purchase bundles which I thought I had ignored but then realised after completion of my purchase that this had been added to the order. On contacting the seller, they immediately changed my payment and refunded me the money for the items. They responded quickly and the matter was resolved.

I inadvertently add an extra item to my order. I requested a refund on return of the item. Charles asked me to keep the extra item and they refunded me the cost! Very generous considering it was my mistake.
