Excellent service, responded fairly quickly, less than a week delivery even tho i live in asia, Their products are legit from what i've checked, company one of the cheapest i've come across. And i actually did 2 orders within a day by mistake and they refunded my delivery and just put it in one package. They didnt have to do it and they could have made another 40£ and they didnt have to refund me ehich was really Virtuous of them, i appreciate it a ton.
10/10 overall.
I would just really love if they could make their products in capsules, for example eutropoflavin could be such a time saver not to weight each dose 10mg and instead just take a pill. But overall im really Satisfied😗👍

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this shop.

The Semax nasal spray leaked during shipping and arrived partially empty, making it unusable. I contacted customer support immediately. At first, they responded to my messages, so I expected the issue to be resolved. However, they made little effort to replace the damaged product or offer a satisfactory solution. After a while, they simply stopped replying altogether.

I understand that shipping issues can happen, but I expected much better customer service and a willingness to stand behind the products they sell.

Shipped with La Poste instead of FedEx International Connect which I paid for. Waiting for delivery for 3 weeks. No answers to the last 9 e-mails I sent them. Happy to provide all the necessary proof. First order was great, this second order is horrible and zero communication. They got shoutout on X from few biohacker ,,bros" and service went downhill.

Another 10/10 on speed. USED THE FREE USPS LAPOST OPTION THIS TIME AND IT WAS FASTER THAN FEDEX. FRANCE TO NYC!

Checkout bugged and they dont answer emails. I cant order with peace of mind without knowing if the product is even going the right place.
