Splurge on Super VIP!
I have ordered many purses, watches and love the amazing mirror quality. The Super VIP collection is worth it. I have ordered so many items that I realize I need to space the orders out because my points stack up and I am unable to use them before they expire! I did not realize I was collecting points for a while either. My first purchase was the LV soft trunk and I love it. It did come with a short, thick strap, & longer strap. Unfortunately, the thread on the thick strap came unraveled, and I cannot use it. I realized it was not a Super VIP item. I just kept it because shipping was a nightmare for everyone at that time. I’m certain they would have helped me had I asked, but I was still skeptical as this was my first order. Customer service is so great you wind up buying more. My family is loving the watches! The quality is the same and honestly perfect for vacations if you don’t want to worry about your genuine items, leave them at home!it’s impossible to tell the difference between their watches and the original one. Their product line has grown and I am loving it. Style doesn’t have to break the bank!

I ordered two LV bags and loved one but…
I ordered two LV bags and loved one but the second one a didn’t like as much. When I told them I'm was disappointed in one they told me to keep both bags and they would give me a third bag up to $300 for free and I just needed to pay shipping. I got the third one this week and love it 💗 Thanks for the great customer service.

I was happy with my first order so I decided to purchase a few more items. I ordered 2 purses, one wallet and a belt. The belt and one bag, I was happy with but the wallet and Neverfull bag were not to par. They texted me and I sent pictures of the issues. I requested to exchange the 2 items but they said due to shipping challenges they would send me a new bag if I paid the shipping. They promote satisfaction guaranteed and refund guaranteed but that is not true. They did offer a reduced shipping fee but I don’t feel like I should have to pay shipping at all. So buyer beware - if you are not satisfied, returns are not as easy as they suggest.

This very pretty LV monogram charm bracelet looks like the featured photos on the website and comes with a box and dust bag. I love it! Love it! Love it! It's well made and very sparkly. The elegant charms are well secured to the gold plated cable-like bracelet. The size of the bracelet is not listed on the website. The approximate size is 6 5/8". My wrist is 6 1/4". It fits loosely around my wrist. After I showed the bracelet to my friend, she immediately ordered one for herself. Her wrist is 7", and it fits snuggly around her wrist. If you're considering this bracelet as well, don't hesitate. Buy it for yourself. I've purchased several other items from Elegous. All of them are high quality. This company is quick to answer any questions and they are trustworthy.
