I have bought a few things here. Quality is always great, shipping is to be as expected (it’s going to take some time, but always comes). Their communication and email response times are fantastic. There is also an ability to use WhatsApp for instant text messaging.

I recently purchased a bag from Gorchic and was very pleased with quality and look. However I lost an important accessory for the bag and was completely gutted about it. Upon explaining the loss to online customer service, they responded quickly and was totally understanding of my situation. They explained that they do not usually replace lost accessories but will make an exception for me free of charge!

I'm very happy with the outcome and will totally purchase from them again because of the exceptional customer service! Bravo Gorchic, you have earned a repeat customer!

I was initially dissatisfied with my purchase, the service rep was very understanding and sent me an opportunity to keep first bag and replace with item of equal value which I did. I cannot express how happy I was with the replacement,, its a FENDI fendigraphy,,absolutely real leather and guitar strap..makes me smile every time I look at it.

Great customer service and great quality products

This site seems legit although all Instagram influencer advertising is falsely the package does not come with any boxes at all they only wrapped up with plastic bag very poor packaging as Temu don't think your packaging will arrive with orginal boxes or ourter protection box. They sell some items with upgraded quality well you get what you pay for don't trust advertising from the Instagram.
