I have just passed my level 3 early years apprenticeship and got a distinction which I’m over the moon with. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of my skills coach, Emma garret. Throughout the whole of my course Emma has been there supporting me and always took the time to explain things and made sure I understood every detail. Emma pushed me to do my best and recognised my strengths and weaknesses which helped me massively. I couldn’t recommend Eden training solutions more! The whole experience has been amazing loved every minute of learning

I was signed up for a Level 3 apprenticeship in early years education by my previous employer.

I'm at a different company now to the one I started at, and all I can say is that the team at Eden Training Solutions are exceptional and have been so throughout the entire learning journey.

Academically, Eden structures the course well and makes it easy to follow, even though the coursework can be heavy at times. I'm given a list of deliverables, what's expected of me and dates for every theme of the course. I also have the option to contact my skills coach and ask for help at any time before our scheduled catch ups.

The theme sessions are run by knowledgeable and lovely people who explain in detail the content of each theme and how it circles back to the entire EYFS framework and EYE practice. They do so without over or under explaining.

What I liked best about the entire course was that I felt like I was set up for success. I was told what was expected of me, I attended a teaching session and then I caught up with my skills coach to ensure the knowledge was cemented.

When my first skills coach resigned, I was assigned a new skills coach almost immediately, which put me at ease. Another apprentice at my workplace, completing her apprenticeship with a different company, had a similar situation but her training college took months to replace her teacher.

During my apprenticeship, I suffered personal loss which severely affected my mental health and caused me to fall behind in the pacing of completing my apprenticeship on time. My skills coach was there with me every step of the way, and also ensured I was able to touch base with the safeguarding officer, who regularly checked in on me, even if I wasn't always in the headspace to reply to her emails.

As a result, I have recently passed my EPA with a distinction grade. I'm now a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and I know I passed and got that mark partially because I was so supported during my apprenticeship.

I cannot thank the whole team at Eden Training Solutions enough. Thank you for sticking with me despite the rough 2025 I had.

I will always recommend this company to anyone wanting to either become a practitioner or level up their current certification.

Amazing company and helped me through the whole process start to finish. Couldn’t recommend more! They allowed me to at my own pace whilst being a mum too, no pressure of deadlines which was amazing for me being able to balance everything. Thank you so much Eden :)

I cannot thank Melissa enough for all of the support she has given me throughout my Level 3. From start to finish, she has been so supportive, understanding and encouraging, especially during the times when I found things challenging.

Melissa always believed in me and continued to push me to achieve the best I possibly could, encouraging me to work towards a Distinction and helping me recognise what I was capable of. She took the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions and support me whenever I needed it.

My whole experience with Eden Training has been so positive, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete their qualification. The support and encouragement I have received throughout my Level 3 has been amazing. Melissa has played such a huge part in getting me to the finish line, and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me.

Had an amazing time doing my level 3 with Sally Fitzgerald. She’s amazing will always adapt to your learning style and encourage and push you to your best ability. Sally will definitely hear from me again soon level 4and5 soon to be done. Thank you very much for everything it’s been a pleasure learning with you x

I have just completed my fast track level 3 early years educator with Eden. I started at the end of December and finished all my work in may. None of this would be possible without the fantastic support of my tutor Ellie Green. I also did my level 2 with Eden. Doing the level 3 fast track has given me so much more knowledge and I am now going to continue to do my level 5 with Eden training. Ellie is so supportive as a tutor and is always quick to answer any questions and to give you support. I have enjoyed doing my qualification with you. 😊

My experience with Éden Training was excellent thanks to my amazing tutor and coach Helen Tesfai. She supported me throughout my studies with incredible patience and encouragement. She knew perfectly how to help me doing my best and working with ambition and interest. She understood right from the beginning how best to motivate me and trying to go above and beyond. I had Charlotte Hemsworth for my level 3. she is brilliant and supportive. She was always happy to book in extra teams or rescheduled when needed. She had even come to the setting to meet in person and support during my 1st observation. She made me feel at ease and always encouraged me for a distinction. i will miss our teams 🥰

I have had a really positive experience with Eden Training Solutions. The support and guidance I have received throughout my training have been excellent. My Skills Coach has always been helpful, supportive and approachable, and I have always felt that I could ask questions whenever I needed help.

my experience with eden has been amazing, i have learnt so much. i joined eden 17 years old no maths qualification and fresh into childcare. Now im leaving 19 maths qualification woooo!! and nearly a qualified level 3 !! All thanks to Eden and my AMAZING tutor Ellie Green. The amount of support i have received is incredible. Ellie didn’t just educate me she made me feel comfortable to ask questions and feel okay if i didn’t know something. I’m overall so grateful to be apart of the course and to have met Ellie Green. I hope i can become a great educator like Ellie for others ❤️

Eden was a great company to use for my apprenticeship. With being an online tutor it worked well with work and my own personal life. My tutor at Eden supported me throughout my entire apprenticeship journey making sure I felt that I could accomplish what I set out to do.

my experience with eden has been amazing. my skills coach, sam hey, is absolutely wonderful - her support and guidance has been so helpful during my level 3 apprenticeship. i was so lucky to have her throughout the duration of my apprenticeship, i wouldn’t be at the point i am at now without sam and eden. the service is fantastic and i have never had any issues at all.
