Great flavour!

I have been buying FIID for a while now and I've started ordering online as they seemed to not be stocking locally anymore which is a bit of a dose as there were Some delays in online order but customer service were on it and I was offered a voucher for next order so can't ask for more than that!
I wish it was slightly more affordable but it wouldn't put me off recommending to a friend.

Taste is amazing as always, I love the quality. Had a slight delay on delivery and the team were fantastic dealing with it, responding quickly and clearly.

Delivery did not arrive
Delivery never arrive. I ordered on Sept 15th and did not receive the delivery. I have sent some emails two months later looking for a refund. It now says the order was delivered and it was not.
So disappointed, was offered 8 free bags but that was after I told them its months of waiting. They did not respond to may email initially. That's not enough good will for me.

We’ve reviewed your order and can see that although the courier marked it as delivered, the parcel was never actually received and was later returned to sender. You should never have been left chasing this for so long, and we apologise sincerely for the delay in resolving it.
We’ve now processed a full refund for your order, and we’re also sending you a free box of x8 fiid as a gesture of goodwill so you can finally try the range you originally ordered.
