Communication with Emerald was excellent. The product is extremely well constructed and has excellent tone, particularly for a “travel” guitar. I own other CF guitars and wanted to try Emerald. I’m happy I did. If i had any feedback besides “extraordinary,” it would be that the neck is slightly wider than i was expecting, especially for a small guitar. Still wonderful.

Guitar is exactly as offered. The sound/tone is amazing and it’s going to work great up in Maine where the environment is not ideal for a high end wood guitar.

The shipping and delivery went very well. It plays wonderfully. I wish I would have known about the generation 3 short scale that just came out I would have bought that one instead. I may have to pick one of those up in a few months! I was wondering what I could do about the scratching sound on that material if the pick touches that. it makes a horrible racket if you have any suggestions on a Pick guard type of thing. It's the black Opus model kind of scratchy if the pic hits the material. You guys make an awesome guitar. I have a couple of Martin's one is a d35 and the other is the all mahogany d15. They have taken a backseat to the emerald!

Emerald's service is second to none. I've never had to return an instrument, but have found their sales and product specialists to be very knowledgable and accommodating to their customers. Their guitars look, play and sound great right out of the case.

The quality of your products is superb and consistent. Having the store in Florida made both my communications to obtain additional information and my transaction extremely easy and enjoyable. I am truly impressed with my new Solace Harborica!

I purchased through the Florida store. Again, no problems with service. Guitar arrived in a few days, intact and undamaged…

When my showed up in tune, honestly, that has been my biggest struggle in life is tuning constently here in the AZ heat and during monsoon season. That sucker showed up perfectly in tune and with a good EQ through the house, this baby rings like an angel. The sustain is incredible and I do have bigger hands as I am 6'5 and the neck fit me like a freak'n glove, no real adjustments needed to be made.

I ordered 2 guitar gig bags and was assisted by Caolan Moore at Emerald sales & Chris Hay at the U. S. Showroom/Warehouse. Transaction went smooth & communications from both were great. Couldn't be happier.

I first ordered an X20 but found it to be too large. The return was quick and easy. I ended up getting an X7 and I am thrilled.
It feels so good in my hands and sounds incredible amplified.
I was tired of dealing with buzzing frets every time the weather changed. I needed an indestructible solid guitar for performance.
The X7 is a dream.
If I had the patience, I would have ordered an X10, short scale, custom neck with an adjustable bridge and a ghost pickup but... I didn't want to wait. Glad I didn't.
This x7 is just perfect.

Spending nearly $4,000 on a guitar I’d never actually played was definitely a leap of faith! But after doing a ton of research, I became convinced that Emerald was making exactly the kind of guitar I’d been looking for. Now that my X7, “Eevi,” is finally here, I couldn’t be happier. The Royal Ebony is absolutely gorgeous, the craftsmanship is fantastic, she feels and sounds amazing, and the LR Baggs Hi-Fi Duet gives me all kinds of options for performing, recording, and looping. The experience with Emerald was just as impressive—from the communication along the way to the care and little personal touches that came with the guitar. Ordering an instrument like this from thousands of miles away in Ireland might sound a little crazy, but I have zero buyer’s remorse. If anything, I feel like I finally found the guitar I’d been looking for. Five stars, easily.

The Support:
First of all I'd like to give credit about the fast and helpful email replies from my inquiry but it didn't end there but up until to the end. Thanks to Kevin Quigley, Emerald Guitars support is really very good. This is directly ordered from Ireland and shipped to United Arab Emirates.

The Guitar:
Craftmanship is very good. It was built with precision. The sound is amazing. But for me it sounds best for finger picking than strumming. Electronics I have not yet tested it so I can't comment on that. Besides the fact of humidity proof, i bought this because of the look. It is AWESOME! LOOKS REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!!

Not to mention the free specially made coffee mug from pot. Overall my experience with the support, sales and the product quality is superb. Two Thumbs Up if i may say.

The downside:
Although NOT an issue with the product or company but i would only like to pin point my experience upon claiming it from the courier. The packaging box has some holes showing that the courier didn't took really good care on loading or handling it considering it has a fragile on manifest. Again THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE FROM EMERALD GUITARS as this is purely from courier because after all the packaging damage because of careful packaging from the side of the guitar company it didn't reached even the guitar bag.

I highly recommend buying from this company. Money well spent.

Upon ordering it gave me notice that it will take atleast 2 months to complete the guitar since it is made to order and another month for the delivery but to my surprise from start to finish it only took over a month.

- Product is finished and ready to send for delivery in June 11, 2026.
- claimed it from local courier around first week of July.

I had a custom guitar made this year #11885, it is a great looking guitar . But by far the most important thing about this guitar is its playability , and also it does have a great sound when unplugged , Every time I play the guitar I like it more than before . I am grateful to Emerald for making these guitars they have helped my guitar playing to improve a lot . Thank you

I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship on my X-30 guitar. No doubt. It is beautifully crafted and one of the best I own.
My experience with my X-30 is that although the sound quality is excellent both acoustically and plugged in, using the Ghost Piezo, I find the balance leaning significantly towards the treble side. I compare this against the balance to baritone guitars and other composite guitars I own. Although I am completely satisfied with my X-30 I think there could be room for some future improvement if Emerald sees this as a chance to improve based on their experience in acoustic performance.

It’s the accountability. And the guitar sounds and looks great!
