Great music options simple to use

I loved how clean and clear the site is, as well as how user friendly and intuitive the system is to use. It makes the experience of creating videos a lot easier to choose from a variety of sounds and songs, without worrying about copyright issues or where the songs are coming from. I also loved the different price packages so that if you wanted to pay for some of the system but didn't care to use certain parts, you could pay for just what you were wanting. But if you didn't want to pay at all, you still had some great options to use and choose from for free. Great system!

I received a response very quickly. The response was friendly and very helpful. Based on this experience I will encourage others to use Upbeat.

their music is fire and they have real people staff that respond to you instantly when you make an account not just a random automated email which feels real and helps a lot

I have been using Uppbeat for over a year and have always had a great experience. I have never had any billing issues, and I have been very happy with their music catalog and the quality of their service.
However, recently I used a song that unexpectedly resulted in 24 copyright claims, including claims from major companies. Uppbeat stepped in right away and helped me resolve the situation. Their team was extremely communicative, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process.
The claims did not all happen at once. 22 appeared initially, and then two additional claims came in later (all for the same song). Even though this became an ongoing issue over several weeks, Uppbeat continued to communicate with me and worked diligently to help clear everything up. Thanks to their support, my account is now completely cleared.
I truly appreciate the level of customer service they provided during a stressful situation and I look forward to exploring more of their features and tools in the future.

Very good communication, and brings real solutions to problems, I recommend.

Great selection of music, transitions, sound effects. Perfectly laid out and easy to search site.

However, far too many of my videos and more importantly live streams end up with strikes on them. Sometimes the Uppbeat claim release tool works perfectly, other times it takes them days. At that point I just scrub the song, which then distorts ALL audio. Incredibly frustrating.

I wouldn't use this for livestreaming, I would for sound effects, though there's obviously free alternatives.

Great concept, poor implementation

I had a slight issue using the website on my phone and emailed support to see if they could help me. They replied promptly and both Rachel and Dano (Sorry if I've got the name wrong) were both really helpful and resolved my issue. This is my first experience with Uppbeat and it's reassuring to know they go the extra mile with their service.

While most web-based subscription services make it next to impossible to connect (even to a robot), Uppbeat is different. I've found their support team not only available and exceedingly helpful, but, dare I say, upbeat. I wish all companies offered this level of responsiveness and caring.

Uppbeat has a huge variety of music to choose from. I like that I can go in and pick the "mood" or the tempo of a piece for my creations! Easy to use, download, and good library to choose from.

Fast and human interaction with support when I reached out. The site has a really nice and intuitive interface, plenty of music to fit basically anyone’s needs, and it’s affordable. All around excellent and I highly recommend.
