Great product delivered when I wanted everything good

I have been wanting to write a review since May 2026, after completing their 120-day sleep test. I am 70 years old and have been struggling with sleep since buying this. Before that, I had a Posturepedic mattress for 20 years and decided it was time to replace it. Wrong Decision. I spent my hard-earned money on a mattress that is harder to sleep on and worse than the 20-year-old one, which was softer. I complained to Dream Cloud 90 days in and couldn't make it to their 120-day sleep test. They quickly sent me a pillow-top mattress in April; it arrived within a week, faster than the mattress, which took 3 weeks. The pillow top is not that much better. So here I am today, contemplating buying another mattress, but on a fixed income, I have to wait. Please do not buy this mattress; they falsely advertise that sleeping on it is like sleeping on a cloud LOL and that it's good for side sleepers, which I am. Not true! I have an armchair I sit in that is much more comfortable, and I sleep in it most nights. I am angry and frustrated with companies like this that pay people to give them good reviews. I should've known better!!!

I have had the DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid Mattress for 9 months. Unfortunately, I have not had comfortable nights it claims. I was offered a complimentary enhancer mattress (this took 3 attempts and a settlement payment) which turned out to be a duvet. It didn’t improve my sleep.
This mattress didn’t give me the comfortable nights I needed.

The mattress selection had a good range.We choice the luxury . It arrived on time and the process was straight forward , I was kept updated about the delivery and the driver rang on the morning of delivery with arrival time . We have been sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks .We both feel we have had a great nights sleep . The mattress is firm but not hard ,we haven't notices each other moving in the bed which is a real bonus !Great value from money

Bought a dream cloud mattress from this company, easy to order at an exceptional price for a really comfy mattress, comfier than the mattress we bought years ago that cost over a £1000. Delivery came on time and the delivery men took it upstairs to our bedroom so we didn’t have to struggle.

The ordering from Dreamcloud was simple and efficient, unfortunately the delivery of my items was disappointing. I was told that my delivery would be within 5 working days, instead it was 12. On my delivery day I first received an email telling me that the delivery would be between 13:00 and 16:00. I received another email telling me that the drivers were delayed and that my delivery would now be between 15:00 and 18:00. I took time off work for my delivery between 13:00 and 16:00 but had to arrange for someone to take my delivery at the later time. I left my old mattress outside as I was told that they would take this away for me but on returning home I noticed that the delivery drivers hadn't bothered to lift it.

Stop looking and just buy, perfect all round mattress built with quality materials.
Dont get hooked in paying over the odds, Dream Cloud offer great prices but high end premium mattress

Lovely mattress. I have back issues and even though it’s early days this mattress seems much more comfortable than the one I had. Fingers crossed! Delivery was perfect and was kept informed at all times. Would definitely buy from them again.

I have chronic Degenerative Disc Disease with multiple lumbar and cervical compressions, therefore I was happy to research and spend whatever amount necessary within reason.

I can only say after 3 weeks I am not disappointed and almost certainly made the right choice. There maybe a few people out there that may consider this a little firmer than they expected, but this is just what I wanted. No way can I use a mattress that is a little softer, this gave the perfect blend of spinal support, comfort and stability. Upgraded to King, glad I did.

Arrived promptly, delivery guys were great, I'm ground level which made life easy, yes heavy, but that's to be expected with mattresses these days.

Couldn’t fault it. From making the purchase to delivery and setting up the mattress…..all went as smoothly as I could have wished. Never had such a quick actual delivery….. the guys were up 2 flights and back down with my old mattress before I could blink. The mattress itself is great. Firmer than my last mattress and like floating on a cloud. Love it!
