Felt sketchy at first - outcome was exquisite
Delivery in 2-3 days, external delivery company was really fast and the part I ordered was the correct one. Even though latest reviews didn't lift my spirit about the outcome of purchase, I was really pleased.

One out of two items in my order was wrong. I need again wait several weeks for delivery, loosing time andpaying for extra visit of technician. Order 600029923, central induction module was missed.

They promised delivery in two days
They promised delivery in two days, so I made the purchase. Four days have passed, and there's no word. Furthermore, the tracking code they provided for GLS is useless. When I call the company, I get redirected to a voicemail. When I message them via WhatsApp, there's no response! I requested a small part for the dishwasher, and it's still nowhere to be found! They just make promises and leave customers in the lurch!
