My experience with Saguaro was great
My experience with Saguaro was great. I actually ordered a wrong size at first and had to return my purchase which was very easy ans fast. I received my refund quick to. After sometime I returned to the website and ended up ordering again, this time the right size of a slightly different model. I adore these shoes and so far they are serving me well.

I had to return the shoes because they were sent wrong (each shoe from a different model), but the return system worked pretty good. Unfortunately I could not order the shoes I originally wanted again cause they were sold out.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit. I want a pair for both of my kids also. You can regulate around the amkle as you wish. Even with low volume and instep I can have a good fit and keep the width at the front. Easily my favourite pair.

I never received the shoes I paid for
I ordered shoes and paid them from October,56,76 euros and they never brought them to me! I wrote mails and they turned back! I wrote in an other address and they never answered! They stole My money!! I contacted with the bank and with the service of Internet crime and I am waiting for the outcome!

Durable Saguaro Shoes with Easy Refunds and Quick Emails
I have ordered four times; before, the package used to take a month to arrive, but now it comes within a week or two. The shoes are flawless, comfortable, and sturdy. Even after 2 years, they still look good.
Once, I made a return and used the 3€ return option; I paid the full shipping cost at the post office, and Saguaro refunded me the difference.
They respond quickly to email messages and are easy to deal with.

Boots were shipped from china
Boots were shipped from china. WebSite seems to be german though. Shipment took a lot of time. Products are average. For example in the pictures inner lining seems to be plush however only the topnof the lining iş plush.
