WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever.    No professional responsibility to resolve what they messed up.
Purchased / received a set of (4) Forzza 20" for my Mercedes w221 2007 S500.   Paid for mounting kit as well,  but received only 14Mx1.5 (28mm) bolts;  no spacers or centering rings as they apparently thought its not necessary.
When my mechanic tried to fit the wheels for rear 10.5x20,  they fit OK.   but the front 9x20 wheels do not clear the brake calibers;  (the brake calibers are blocking to fit),  thus "Spacers" are required.   More specifically 10 or 15mm spacers; +  43mm long bolts needed.
Their mistake cost me a lot of hassle, and headache, not to mention extra cost of buying 875 DKK for spacers and paying my mechanic another 650 DKK for mounting, and time wasted searching for the special spacers.
They refuse to send me the missing parts.  
The website claims that they provide mounting hardware to ensure the wheels properly fit.
THEY LIE.     TERRIBLE  COMPANY. 
PAID 15.000 Swedish kroners and they will not honor their promises-

I recieved rim+tires that is bad, because according to many mechanics, they are faulty drilled. Daekline was communicative at the start, but once they disagree with a conclusion, they cease all communication and ignore their customer. Because of this incident I highly recommend to find another shop to purchase from.
Update 18-03-2025
This case have been long, after having mechanic's investigating and measuring the rims as being uneven in cross diameter. I had to initiate a chargeback through VISA in order to move forward, When that happened, they begin reply to my cases again.
The chargeback was eventually accepted by Daekline even though they insist its not closed and they still have the money. They insist that i pay for shipping the faulty wheels back to them at my cost, and then they will refund the purchase. I have discussed with them for some time that: 1. they dont have the money, they are still in my bank after i won the chargeback... 2. They claim their bank tells them the  case is not closed, but won't show any evidense from the bank that this is true... 3. I sent them documentation that the case is closed and accepted. 
Still waiting for them to end this discussion and case. Lets see how long that takes.
