Failed to deliver
I’ve placed an order with Däck365 with the delivery to the workshop where I am planning to have the tires swapped. This workshop has tires delivered regularly from all sorts of places and via all sorts of delivery companies. A few days ago, the status of my order changed to “under delivery.” Within this period, there was a shortened working day, a red day, and a weekend (applies to the whole country). During working days/hours the workshop was open, there was always someone working there and as a matter of fact they got a bunch of deliveries from other stores. But I got the message from Däck365 that because the place was unavailable to receive the delivery, I will be charged an extra 400SEK. So, so far, I have not received any goods from the store, the workshop owners/workers cannot understand why this particular store failed to fulfill the delivery, and I already have to pay extra. The story is not over yet, but I already feel that customer care at Däck365 is quite poor, and I regret choosing them to buy tires.

Enligt DHL:s spårning har leveransen inte kunnat genomföras då leveransadressen uppgetts som obemannad vid leveranstillfället.

Staff from support does not use any common sense and are like robbots. They are perfect example of people that are going to be replaced by artificial intelligence. Pity i cant give -5 stars

Very good experience
Very good experience. Easy to get tyres sent to a local garage (Milan Bilcenter in Järfälla) for mounting and installation. Milan Bilcenter was excellent.

BEWARE
BEWARE: I ordered four tires that didn't specify anywhere that it doesn't come with Rims. Even the product picture has Rims and everything needed for a complete tire.
I get delivered four wheels which only contains the rubber parts and no rims.
I contact them and tell them this, but they want me to pay myself for returning the products which is about 650 SEK. So not only is the product they specified on their website wrong, if i want to return them, i have to pay for their mistake.
I told them i refuse to pay for the return of these tires as this is their mistake, but they don't care.
Never ordering from here again. Lousy service and bad customer treatment.
