I bought a treadmill from them during covid after renting it for 3 months.
I have encountered some problems recently and rang them on the 21st October to try to arrange a technician come out and fix the problems
They told me that the technician who did this for them had left and they would contact me with the details for the new person.
They have not contacted me since about this and they have not responded to my text on Tuesday 27th October seeking an update.

I did not expect a free repair, simply a contact for someone who could do the job. Unfortunately you didn't come back to me, despite contacting you again. Phoning me today to tell me to expect to hear from your solicitor was, in my opinion, somewhat over the top for such a minor issue. All my review stated was that the customer service was poor. The correct response would be a simple apology and either a contact number for a repair service or an explanation of why you can't give one. No hard feelings on my side, just suggesting you use it as a learning experience.

I would highly recommend Gymhire for anyone looking into renting equipment. I rented a treadmill for 2 months and decided to buy it. Their equipment is excellent and they are very helpful on advice. It’s easy to rent and their prices are reasonable. They set everything up for you. From a very happy customer.

I hired a treadmill from GymHire.ie for 12 weeks and couldn't fault the service. I'd never hired gym equipment before, so I had a few questions before ordering. They were very helpful and got back to me quickly. On delivery day they kept in touch, so we could make sure someone was at home. The machine itself was in brand new condition and worked perfectly. I enjoyed having it at home so much that I ended up buying it at the end of the hire term. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I'd have no problem recommending them, 10 outta 10!

Gymhire were absolutely brilliant to work with. They were so helpful in regards to delivery, set up and pick up of the treadmill. Loved having the treadmill at home for the few weeks. Brand new standard. Would definitely recommend.

I rented a basic elliptical cross trainer for 16 weeks while I was recovering from injury. Very happy with the machine. Does what it needs to without taking up too much space. Delivery and pick up were perfect. I had a narrow window of availability, but the driver was happy to accommodate that. Very quick getting it in and out of my apartment. I will definitely use Gymhire again if the need arises.

Rented a treadmill about a month ago. Delivery was very quick, 2days after ordering online and the treadmill was fully set up by the delivery guy. The treadmill we were sent was brand new and great quality and the team have checked in since to make sure all ok. Would definitely recommend and will use them again
