Great service, very quick delivery. We were kept informed of the delivery by email. Small issue with a product missing, delivery guy dealt with it immediately and it was delivered the next working day. Equipment is great quality. Highly recommend ordering from this company.

I bought a full set of hex dumbbells from Gym Gear as a birthday present for my partner, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. When a few items did not arrive with the first delivery, they could not have done more to put it right, and they arranged the rest of the delivery around us so that it was as easy and smooth as it could possibly be.

Mark, who looked after us throughout, has been second to none. At ten to five yesterday afternoon I asked him about a dumbbell storage rack, and he told me that if I ordered it within the next half hour he would add it to today’s delivery free of charge. He did exactly that, and it was here first thing this morning. That kind of service is very rare, and it made a real difference to us.

The dumbbells themselves are brilliant quality, solid and well finished, and they had every weight we wanted in stock with no waiting around. You can tell that this is a company that cares about what it sells and about the people it sells to.
