Never sent my products, never communicated anything , when after 10 days I called I was promised it would be reordered and shipped again , this did not happen. Your service is shocking , your agent Yosan promised to send me the order yet did not order the products. Terrible experience.

I bought turnbuckles from them. I waited three weeks for delivery, they delivered damaged goods, and they accused me of tampering with them, rejecting my complaint. They're a bunch of lying idiots.

We have read your review today, and we don't understand why you're so angry.
What you have shown in your video is never possible with a turnbuckle.
One side of the buckle has a left-hand thread and the other side has a right-hand thread.
What you tried to do in the video is screw the same bolt in the different sides of the buckle, but that will never be possible, you need two different types of bolts for this.
We are very sorry that you are so dissatisfied, but what you show in the video is not a product error.

Delays and Fix
I ordered some keys that were supposed to arrive on the 21st of April. The parcel tracking app kept showing a delivery date, but the next day it would bump it 1 extra day. That happened until the 2nd of May.
I then decided to contact GYZS that resolved the issue and resent me the keys and it arrived 2 days later, so that was positive of them. More attention needs to be put to these weird cases with the tracking tho. Good luck
