Very unprofessional approach. I was interested in electric guitar priced over €1,300 and asked support for real photos of the specific instrument in daylight. I received a reply stating that only official catalog photos from the manufacturer are available and they do not have any others.
Buying an expensive musical instrument blindly without the seller being able to show the actual condition and appearance of the offered piece raises serious doubts about whether they even physically own the item and have it in stock. Due to this non-transparent approach, I do not recommend purchasing here.

I am highly satisfied with the new generation Sire L7 Les Paul guitar purchased from Green Musician. I got it at an excellent price. Shipping to Hungary took one week, and it arrived completely undamaged. The packaging provided adequate protection. I have only one remark regarding the truss rod Allen key: the one included by the manufacturer is the wrong size, as it is too large to fit into the adjustment screw. Otherwise, the intonation and string action were flawlessly set up at the factory, requiring no adjustments at the bridge. Using another Allen key of the correct size, I was able to adjust the neck to be perfectly straight. Overall, I am completely satisfied. Thank you!

I wasn't aware of this site and glad I stumbled upon it. I saw the telecaster I wanted for a great price on the site so put in my offer. The seller bassnguitar got back straightaway and were really accommodating answering all of my questions promptly and sending extra pictures of all the angles I needed. I had a problem in my end with a money transfer and the accounts team resolved straightaway. The guitar was setup the way I requested and was shipped and packaged really securely. From start to finish it was a good experience, the seller was very nice to deal with a nd greenmusician stepped in whenever I needed help. Beware when dealing with this outfit.
I purchased an instrument in April, it didn't suit me so I arranged a return for (substantial) refund.
The instrument was shown to have been returned successfully but from that day on I've been completely ignored. None of my emails or messages have been replied to.
They now have the returned instrument AND my payment.
I have initiated a charge-back complaint with my bank and thankfully they have credited my account.
Coincidentally (?) Green Musicians finally then sent an email to say they had refunded me. Over two weeks later there is no sign of my money.
In many years of online purchases I have never encountered such an untrustworthy bunch of cowboys.
Green? Don't make me laugh. I was green to deal with them in the first place.
I'll be contacting the relevant regular office in France to take my complaint further.

I ordered a used mixer at a good price. Payment was accepted, but the order then sat for 12 days with no shipping update and no proactive communication. I emailed them after 9 days and nothing.

After I chased via the contact form and email, Green Musicians replied that the item had already been sold shortly before my purchase was validated, so the order was cancelled and refunded.

I don’t think this was intentional dishonesty, but the process was poor. If an item is no longer available, the order should be cancelled and refunded quickly — not left at “payment accepted” for almost two weeks.

Refund was eventually triggered, but the lack of proactive handling makes me hesitant to use the platform again unless the item is rare and I’m not in a hurry.

I would advise caution when dealing with Green Musicians.

I purchased an incorrect item and was advised by their team that if I returned it and ordered a different one, I would receive a full refund for the original item as well as the return postage. I followed these instructions in good faith and returned the item, which was successfully delivered back to them.

They have since DELETED the correspondence from their own platform where this agreement was confirmed. Fortunately, I have retained screenshots of this exchange.

It has now been several months, and I have still not received any refund.

I have attempted to contact them multiple times to resolve this, but have received no response, despite the fact they appear to be active on this platform.

I’m simply looking for this to be resolved and for the agreed refund to be issued.

So easy and friendly to deal with. My Heritage custom-shop guitar arrived without delay in excellent condition.
I would have appreciated a little more notice of delivery from the vendor, but no bother, I was at home anyway.

ordered guitar a week ago. Seller said they in hospital. Waited. Now sells says product to heavy for shipping labels he was provided with.
I have offered to pay extra. No communication from green musicians e,cept to say order was canceled.
Extremely upset

I bought a music vst plugin on discount, I received it instantly on my email. I didn't saw it at first, finally it was on spam folder. I installed it, all is fine!

Green musicians, do you respond to emails? Because no message can be sent to you via your strange form due to illegal characters, prohibited words, contact informations...rd, st, mail...
Absolutely non-functional form, even if you delete everything that could be a problem.
I have problem about ordered synth, this was cancelled, but money is gone, no reaction within 1 week, amount about 500 eur! I read this rewievs and this looks like only possibility to make you respond...

Cheap products on the shop which is good. Had some problems with communication of delivery times and if it was coming, my product was sent later though on website it said it was delivered. Got guitar and there was problems with saddle that I wanted reassurance of but concerns weren’t replied to when I messaged them.

Ordered friday finally got the key on Sunday.
After sending 5 mails they finally reacted after the last mail in French.

Good shop! Nice prices and items in perfect shape. Next time I look for a new second hand instrument, I'll search on it.
