Took very time to ship the products. When I got the parcel I noticed one product was missing. After contacting them they said it will be shipped later when it arrives from the supplier. Now over a month has passed and no information regarding the missing products have been provided. I have asked twice about the status but they just don't answer anything. No compensation or anything like that have been offered. Very disappointing.

U have not put my name and address on the parcel and i have paid ten pound to have it delivered and am now being told to pay shipping to retrieve my parcel rely not happy with my outcome and am not willing to pay moor allso it states you are uk on add and it is not the case

Had few items ordered, 1 missing. Did reclamation and changed some emails with customer service, sended proof of missing item... Total radio silence since.
Hope you don't have to contact customer service, cause it's good for nothing, losted customer there...

Awful company.
I ordered a mtb shirt, it was tagged from wrong size by the manufacturer, when I contacted them to send it back they said they needed to speak to the manufacturer, I’ve been chasing for 2months now and still not got my money back. Shocking.

I ordered a part for my sherco and I was having my doubts after placing the order because of seeing all these bad reviews but within 2 weeks of ordering my order came and it’s on my bike and back brand new again. If u can’t find parts and can only find them here. Definitely buy. Don’t listen to the negative comments. Will be making another purchase real soon

Ordered talon torque wrench with head “in stock. ready for delivery”.
I two weeks time after multiple emails I received the wrench. But without the head.
Appalling service, wasted time.

I have ordered a tyre for my road bike which for some reason 2 weeks later has been shipped (though they said immediate shipping) and now I am still waiting for dpd to receive it. absolute joke i don't pay £10 shipping on a £80 order for it to be sat in Spain while my bike is sat parked up doing f@ck all.

Useless, another company advertising parts as "in stock readyf or immediate dispatch" yet to tell you a week later after being chased that they are waiting for stock.

I ordered a set of replacement Acerbis bars for my hand guards and Greenland MX were the only people who actually could supply them. They were 49 quid so I took a punt. I then checked the reviews on here and resigned myself to losing the money and getting nowt for it. Well, they just turned up, well packaged, exactly as ordered about 6 weeks after ordering. To be fair, this is a Spanish company, they don’t stock a lot of what they’re selling so you’ve got the lead time for them to get the item, then the delivery time from Spain to wherever you are. If I’m being honest, I would buy from a UK firm before a Euro company normally but in my case there was no choice. I paid my money, the right item turned up and I can’t really complain.

Their appointed carriers admitted that tried to deliver but to the wrong address on three occasions. They then returned the package, consequently I have been charged for shipping despite having provided this company of UPS statement. Greenland are a disreputable and deceitful firm. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

I ordered a £200 pair of boots that boasted extra grip and comfort and protection , when they eventually arrived they looked good in the box but after trying them on found they were not comfortable and one of their added features was an “afterthought” of a toe guard that was a wafer thin piece of shiny metal screwed to the outside of the boot and sole which then made you slide around like you were wearing ice skates… so, disappointed, I put them back in the box and took them to the post office who then charged me £60 to send them back to Spain ( obviously not the fault of Greenland MX, that would be the idiots who voted out of the EU ) after excepting the fact I was now £260 lighter I waited… and waited… and waited but Spanish customs had different plans and after about 4 weeks they decided to send them back to me with a ‘customs not paid’ sticker on the same side of the box as the post office customs paid sticker, so against better judgement, I tried again thinking it was a genuine error and it had just been misdirected but how wrong I was Spanish customs then kept them for about three months until the insurance ran out and the return policy was void, Greenland MX did eventually receive them and offered me £65 money back for the boots… so Spanish customs and the extremely unhelpful “not my problem” attitude from Greenland MX customer service, basically cost me £195 for the displeasure of purchasing from Spain.

Great price, was shipped quickly,from Spain to UK in about 5 days.Good communication, was given tracking number to track parcel delivery.Many thanks 👍

Absolutely shocking, scam.

Rubbish scam company they sent out an exhaust repair kit that doesn't seal and then refused to refund me, ended up doing a charge back with the bank but they will no doubt be awkward about that too, please note this is a spanish company and they deal with refunds a different way (or won't). Your returns postage will be horrendous and it's a massive headache, make sure your ordering from UK based firms for parts/ tools ect, greenland mx is particularly sneaky as they use a UK domain name. Buyers beware

I’m awaiting a part it’s never arrived and there’s been no response to my email avoid this site it’s a total scam I’m going to get the bank to help me out

Order some plastics for my sons bike when they come was trying to fit them and the front number board was completely wrong sent email tried to call them sent messages through fb and also commented on there daily posts and I've still been ignored for a week now definitely won't be using this company again absolute joke

One item sent was damaged or used. No response. From them.
Sent me a defective item but charged full price.

I do not recommend this website, no response to emails, and I sent several, I did not receive any tracking of the parcel, I do not know where my order is. I do not recommend

I ordered a helmet and goggles kit from GMX. On the GMX website, it was clearly written which goggles are included in this kit. When I received the delivery, the kit included half-cheap goggles, which cannot be used in competition use. I complained about this issue and the responses and suggestions have been so inferior that I can't understand. The last one dared to suggest that I buy the glasses I want from them at a special discounted price. I got crappy goggles that I don't do anything with. But I really don't order anything from GMX anymore, not even the goggles that were supposed to be part of the kit!
UNBELIEVABLE STUFFING!

Attempts were made to settle this matter with GMX, but GMX's customer service blames the customer very heavily. I suggested that I return the identical complete set, but they can't agree because they suspect the products are fake, or that the products don't meet quality standards. I guess the problem is with GreenlandMX, which means they don't have any quality standards when it comes to customer service.

Do not order anything from that store! Customer service is bu.llshit! I wouldn't give even one star to this crap store.
