Parcel out for delivery at 08.52 this morning. Its now 18.24 and no sign of it.
A whole day wasted sitting in waiting for it.
I will never buy from a company that uses GLS again.

Horrendous service
Horrendous service. Get a motorbike policy, then they want to cancel it as "not enough proof provided ".
I applied for motorbike insurance not a mortgage. Sent documents 3 times. Ridiculous.
Customer agent was helpful but its frustrating not knowing if my insurance will go forward.

Next day delivery is a con
Next day delivery is a con. Ordered on the morning of the 28th and as of the evening of the 29th, order is still in the warehouse. Expect a refund for the postage cost if customer service ever get back to me. Fourth time ordering online for delivery or store collection and every time there is a problem. Never again.
