Got this as a gift for my MIL and she absolutely loved it! I was truly impressed with the customer service and quality of the board - it was the perfect size and the engraving was flawless. I initially had some concerns that there was no preview of the customization I wanted, only to see they had reached out via email after I submitted my order to present me with customization options (i.e., font, font size, and different positions) to ensure my expectations were met. It was also nice that they let me know when the product was shipped and delivered. Truly a 5-star customer experience, I will definitely be keeping Great Moose Woodcraft in mind for some weddings I have coming up as it the perfect gift!
