Was relatively quick and responded to all my emails asking for an update quickly too

Dealing with these guys was so easy. They gave me a competitive quote immediately. Sent label by email within a day or so. Sent the card back, they advised me when they received it and conducted quality checking on it. The payment dropped into my back a day or so later. Absolutely brilliant.

Very hesitant but super fast payment first time I've used this company for a quick sell on my 4080 super need the extra funds for a 5080 decided to use this firm rather than a rival like CEX got £25 more soon as testing was completed had a email of the founder Ben and within 10mins payment was in my bank no issues would recommend these guys compared to CEX and eBay

I recently sold my GPU to GPU Workshop and overall had a great experience. Everything went smoothly, and Ben kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, which was really reassuring.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the process took around 5 days, which was a little longer than the time frame advertised on their website. However, communication was excellent, everything was handled properly, and I received my payment with no issues.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend GPU Workshop to anyone looking to sell their GPU. I’d happily use them again!

I was offered a very good price for my GPU and was very worried about posting my 5090 but have to say what a brilliant experience they paid for tracked shipping and informed me when it arrived and when it passed their tests then finished by quick payment 10/10

Great service, straight forward with no hassle. Super fast payment and a fair price paid for my GPU as well. I maybe could have got a few quid more if I had listed it but who needs the grief. If you’re looking for a hassle free sale then I would definitely recommend these guys.

I recently came across this site as i wanted to sell a 5090 i purchased and realised it didn't fit my needs, i was skeptical at first due to the nature of my item and the site itself but i was pleased when i received the label fully paid for and the money a day after being released, while yes i could've gotten way more on platforms like Ebay i prefer not to go through the hassle of getting scammed and having the card get damaged this was quick and painless. Brilliant Service!

I was a bit disappointed because they did not work on my GPU card until just over 2 days later of it being received into their workshop and I assumed that because I had not heard from them the GPU had passed so I kept checking my Bank Account. However, two days later they confirmed my GPU had passed and less than 24 hours after that the money was in my account.

That being said I really appreciate and respect honest companies and I wish them well in their business. Any positive reviews on Trustpilot I am more than happy to put my name behind them.

From my own personal reasons using a local CEX branch is quicker and easier, so I would base my future decisions on whether to use GPU Workshop again on the current market prices and convenience (it takes time to package something up).

I am happy to recommend this company but I wish they kept me more in the loop about their timeframe of what was actually happening.

Simply put, I sold a boxed ASUS TUFF OC 4090, and was very suspicious of the company (I am a tad untrusting by nature), and after some initial research I saw some potential red flags (recent company name change, adress label for the Card to be sent to was a different company and contact name, to be exact),

Despite this, I reached out to them for a chat and spoke with Ben directly about my concerns whic he addressed very well; and to ask if instead of using thier delivery label where they would need to colelct insurance in event of damage in transit or loss, if I could pay it myself and arrianeg it myself adn have them add the cost tof tha to the price they quoted for my card; which he agreed to pretty much immediately.

It took them 2 days to test the card on receipt, and once tests had passed, I was notidfed a payment would be sent by BACS and I would get a couple days, I recieved it the same day.

End result I have some other GPU that I will be selling to them later in the year.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised despite all my misgivings, good job to Ben and his team on that.

Fantastic company! I was very sceptical about this company, as I would be with any company online that I would be selling my very expensive RTX 5090 to. Their price was far greater than what CEX was offering, and after reading their great reviews on here I decided to bite the bullet and go for it.

I get my quote (which was very generous), emailed them back and everything was explained to me through email. They supplied a prepaid label which covered tracking and insurance, which felt reassuring. They let me know when they received the GPU and when they tested it. When it was all said and done they paid me promptly with zero issues.

They are extremely pleasant to deal with, very honest, and do exactly what they say they will. I’m very impressed and will use them again. I’m confident that anyone using their service will be beyond pleased.

4/5 stars from me. Workshop offered me a great price for my components, and they were polite in communications. They even paid the cost of my parcel which wasn't cheap as far as parcels go. Money was received in full. This is a trustworthy and fair company.

I unfortunately do have to take one point away because I think they could improve their communication in terms of responsiveness. After a couple of responses I'd stop receiving replies in email threads and would have to send an entirely new email to get one. This happened a few times and was a little frustrating. It's a minor thing and something I'm sure they can improve on.
