They are the bankrupt company they don't have funds to pay the users and now they are scamming the users my withdrawal was pending on that for more than 2 month and they don't even reply it

This website is interesting. They have many offers and payout in 10 mins once KYC is done and in order (takes minutes) (and it’s wow! compared to other similar websites). The only disadvantage is the holding period for large offers (15 days), but it is outlined in Terms and Conditions. Also there is a need to improve customer service as I couldn’t reach anyone apart from AI agent and reduce the fees for PayPal transfer. I am still yet to explore this website further so will update it later, but instant payment is a great advantage.

Holding payment long time without reason .. no support responding.

After 3 years using and it's going to scam. They says I'm using VPN or proxy but actually I never using this, it’s scam 100%, customer support not replying any emails, i sent 35 mails in 30 days but customer support still not answering any emails. it’s totally unacceptable.

Offers don't track. Support is just an automated bot that feeds you the same lines. They want ID verification but the page doesn't actually work so you can never withdraw. WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID

The app was working well, but recently withdrawals have required facial and identity verification, which has worried me a lot. I hope the app will remove this annoying requirement. I have collected 12 I received dollars and couldn't withdraw them in any way. When I contacted support, they blocked me. I doubt the program's credibility.

very weird..., Difficult to verified account wasting time.

I have been using this app for a long time. It provide good offers and service. But for some days i lost my account, when I got back my account I couldn't make a withdraw. The app no asking for face id and aadhar details. I felt a little bit unsafe to provide my personal details. The app ran good in the past, hope they will take out this verificatiin process so that more people cn access the app with such ease.

Can't believe they actually pay. This is one of the few offerwalls I have found that don't scam you. Have done 5 cashouts already no problems . Thank You!! Customer support was also very great and fast response because the first time I had cash out there was a problem that was my fault and I thought I was about to get scam but they cleared it up so I shall continue with this one. Warning! They have disabled any method of cashing out your earnings on this site. I have a $100.90 balance, and I have been messaging support for months asking when they will allow bank transfers and paypal cashouts again. They constantly said "soon" but now for over a month they are not replying to my messages.

Unlike the other one star review that was recently posted, I have not been banned. My earnings are legitimate, and support has not expressed any concern with me as a long-time user of this site. I will update my review if I do get banned (so they can dodge paying me the $100 they owe me) or if I get paid out eventually.

In any case, AVOID THIS WEBSITE.

I earned some on Gaintplay, but when it was time to withdraw, they suddenly flagged my account with no clear reason. Support gave vague canned responses and refused to explain what rule I supposedly broke. It’s a transparent excuse to avoid paying.

If you want to make cents, you’re pretty welcome — but if it comes to payouts above $5, it’s not safe. If a company can just decide your account is “flagged” right at payout time, it means your time and effort are worthless to them. Avoid wasting hours like I did — there are plenty of legit platforms that actually pay their users.

Stay away. This feels more like a scam than a real earning app.

7 days and my $65 LTC withdrawal is still stuck on pending. For anyone reading: they won’t provide a transaction ID because nothing was actually sent.
