Embarrassed and bitterly disappointed.
He arrived at 9 a.m. and I had to leave for the hospital at 11 for an appointment. Before I left (around 10.15) I showed him the work that needed to be done, provided drinks and sandwiches, then left. I arrived home around 1 p.m to find that half the jobs had not been done and those that had were barely finished. After cutting a bush at the top of the drive, all the trimmings were scattered on the ground. Because of my ill health I have had to pay a friend to remove the trimmings.
I particularly asked for him to make order on the flower bed underneath the bedroom window. And also to strim the grass surrounding that and near the doorway. None of this was done. He did remove the ivy near the terrace and I am glad for that.
I am really sorry for this review and I have not named anyone because maybe that isn't fair, he could have been having an 'off' day but still I have paid over 1,600 kroner (I am a pensioner and cannot throw money away) for shoddy work. I have a steep driveway and asked him to strim it back so that I am not touching sides of the car when I drive down. Only one side was done.
I really DO NOT want to trust GoGoGarden again though there is still work to be done.
I hope you will take good note of this and give me some reassurance. As I said, I am a pensioner and in ill health so this has made me extremely sad.

These guys are amazing! Our garden was hideously overgrown. My husband who had always taken great care of the lawns and flower beds has been quite unwell for the last couple of years, I work full time, look after my husband and have weaknesses on one side of my body which means I just can’t manage it. In swoop Jack and Nigel and by god they grafted in 30 degree heat! They did a fantastic job, the garden is no longer an utter embarrassment and they were so non-judgmental, friendly and professional. I’d also add that they charged one third of the price we paid around 14 months ago to another company who did nowhere near as good a job. We’re so impressed we’re hoping to retain the team to come in once a month and keep us on top of it all. We genuinely cannot recommend this company enough. Cheers guys!!

Great gardener - communication was clear and prompt and the standard of the work excellent.

Softbyus did an excellent job in my garden, digging up weeds and putting things in order. He is efficient and pleasant and I can highly recommend him.

Rasmus is always on time and the work that he does is fast and perfect. He even called/sms one time when he was delayed.. I can only recommend him to anyone..

Helge was a pleasure to work with. He had lots of ideas to help us with our garden beyond what we initially planned. It was a great experience with GoGo Garden and I'm sure we'll use them again.

Rasmus was a superstar! On time, very polite, and did an excellent job.

Izmir made an eccellent job with trimming a completely overgrown hedge and a spiky tree.
All branches which were cut off were taken away as well!

I was very pleased the work! I just need to have a couple more visits before I give 5 stars but all in all they were super and did a very good job!

Great experience using go gardens designed our pool and did all the patio so it blended, the team went above and beyond to help us , highly recommend… great aftercare ⭐️👍🏼

Vivian has been nothing short of amazing. She is talented, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. She and Henning have done fantastic work for us always going above and beyond expectations and always with attention to the small details. As an expat from the US, I have experienced all levels of service and customer care in Denmark from very poor to great; mostly average. Vivian and Henning are the best we have experienced in any service industry, retail store, restaurant, or public sector.
