Excellent service , brilliant delivery very helpful driver

Delivery driver very helpful and personable , and a great product

Afternoon, i thought the purchasing of the shed was very smooth, with plenty of emails updating me on my order. The delivery driver Nathan was prompt and very polite and helpful.
I have assembled the shed and found a few slight issues that I will post picture for.

The Yardmaster shed roof does not fit on the base and sides. This is very disappointing. Also, the instructions are not as straightforward as they should be.

So far very good communication

The delivery time was quick. It was easy to assemble and looks good now it is a up. Would have been helpful if there was a bit more instruction around hanging the door

The sheds look good but the policy they have of cutting the chat line off at five I think is not good even if they are talking to a customer it just cuts off and you have to contact them again.

Had trouble ordering online because of me being usless online. Rang the company directly and ordered with a lady named Claire, who was very helpfull ordering it for me and very patient. Thankyou.

I gave it a 2 star for price and delivery.
The price was inline with other online shed makers.
Wether the competiters had better quality i cant answer that.

So simple from start to finish, delivery was on time on the day I requested, quality of product was very good and so easy to assemble.

What I really liked about the purchase process was the simplicity.
The items were visible clearly priced and the purchase process very simple.

The quality of the wood is poor, rough sawn with many pieces warped including one of the doors. Significant gaps in the shiplap panels that require sealing. Wrong brackets sent for roof spars, this created a delay, I was left with no roof and had to buy a large tarpaulin to protect it from inclement weather. My joiner had other work and it was sometime before he could resume the build. I was refunded the cost of the tarpaulin and customer services dealt with it promptly and sent out new brackets. After several emails I eventually received a small refund on the summerhouse which didn't adequately cover the inconvenience caused.

So far I have received excellent service the staff was very helpful as yet I have not received the shed but I am being advised of the progress

Excellent service from ordering my shed until it was delivered, delivery gentleman was very professional and polite,

The delivery guys did not want to take our delivery into our garden where it was safe and secure I had to threaten not accepting the item before they relented. Spent 15 minutes debating it and then it took them less than 15 minutes to unload. They literally had to walk the length of a terrace house into our rear garden.

Very easy to order on line. Delivery in 5 days. However because of poor health I am not in a position to open it or to erect it. I will write another review when she'd is unpacked and erected.

from the point of the order, I was kept informed at every point till it arrived. Also the delivery driver Andrew was so helpful. Good all wround.

Had a problem with my builder who assembled the shed very badly and needed spare parts ( screws) to fix . Sam from BSD has been very accommodating and got in touch with Palram, who send me the screws for no extra charge. Very efficient and top customer service!
