2 years after putting the shed together big gaps appeared - timber warped.
My husband, who is a builder, has put extra corner pieces PLUS other pieces along the back and sides to try and keep the timber slats in place but to no avail,
so imagine how it is looking after year 4.
Really bad quality.

Fantastic delivery on exact date as I was called to confirm. Driver lovely, very skilled at manouvering the forklift and huge summerhouse package into our drive neatly. Excellent quality summerhouse easy to build, took one day for building one day for roof with just two folk in their 60s! Magic. Delighted.

The companies products are high quality and the ordering process was excellent. All my questions were answered thoroughly and Helen who dealt with me was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. A real pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended and thank you Helen.

The delivery went smoothly. Two very helpful men who delivered on the date we requested.
We carried all the wood through to our garden, checked every item and covered it over night in the same wrapping that it was delivered in to protect it over night.

Day 1 of the build - the next day. We employed two highly qualified joiners to build according to supplied instructions. Day 1 went OK, although we found some of the planks were slightly warped. But the joiners measured out the base accurately on my new and entirely level base. Only got a few layers built, but spent a great deal of time ensuring everything from the ground up was level.

Day 2 - it all went wrong, badly warped planks, so twisted that nothing slots together. We called Dunster House to discover there is no after sales phone. Only email which having sent an email this morning has still not been replied to.

Naturally the sales team are more than happy to speak to customers on the phone and call you back right up until you place the order, but there is zero after sales care. We spoke to someone who was so incredibly rude to my husband, that we look forward to taking our complaint further and someone more senior hearing the conversation back as we know it has been recorded 'for training purposes'.

Our joiners have been here all day fighting with increasingly warped planks, we cannot finish building the Terminator Shed, so we currently have a half built shed, two joiners on the site being paid for by the day, and a half built shed which we can't start painting to preserve the wood.

The video of how to put the sheds together is an absolute joke, everything just slotting together nicely. Believe me, this is NOT an accurate video of how these sheds fit together.

23 hours after submitting my request for help from Dunster House (via email), I have still not received a reply.

This company clearly do not offer a phone 'after sales' service as it would be ringing off the hook 24/7. The best companies I have had dealings with always offer after sales where you can speak to someone who is willing to help. They do not expect customers who have spent a lot of money to send an email and wait for a reply. It's now close to 24 hour since I sent my email, which required an immediate answer.

I cannot recommend this company. If you want any kind of after sales, this is not the company for you! They will take your money, but then you're on your own.

I purchased a garden arbour, which when arrived was loaded into my garden area by a couple of pleasant enough delivery drivers.
However when starting to unpack the goods I noticed that the majority of parts were not identified, and required careful measurement to check all were present. after some considerable effort, I found that, (contradicting the packaging slip) some 23 parts were missing, and as I had employed the services of a joiner, I tried to contact the customer services at Dunster as a matter of haste. this was attempted by email as it was Dunster's preferred method. I did not receive any reply for 3 days, then I received an email informing me that a ticket number had been raised.
2 days later having had no information, and my joiner having moved on to other work, I sent further emails to Dunster requesting some sort of resolution, to which I then received a rather terse email saying that the new email, chasing the last one keeps putting your first one to the back of the queue. I now had no joiner available, and no meaningful response to the issue. I then eventually got to speak on the phone to customer services at Dunster, The person was very unpleasant, and would really benefit from people skills training.
I then requested that the goods were collected and my payment be refunded. After some more back and forth, eventually it was approved. At this stage I was conversing with probably the only person at Dunster House who had any people skills, and the goods were collected. The refund took forever to appear in my original payment method. the time scale from ordering on 29.05.26, complaint and return raised 12.06.26 to refund on 21.07.26 is unacceptably long and drawn out. I would not recommend this company at all and am very disappointed with the level of service offered.

Great delivery, great service and even better product. Purchased a pergola and it is just perfect, finishes our garden off.

Very poor experience. Defective and dangerous door supplied. Glass not fixed in place and shattered on movement prior to installation. Impossible to get hold of customer service team by phone and they failed to respond to several emails. Replacement door will take 3 weeks to arrive. Avoid this company if you want a high quality product and good customer service.

Great customer service the item was delivered on time and once constructed is a great addition to our garden

The delivery was seamless. Nothing was missing and the quality was second to none. The instructions were very clear and it only took a couple of days to complete. There was a YouTube tutorial from another guy who brought the same pergola which was very helpful. We have had a people come and look at it and they have bought them too (commission please!!!).

Delivery when promised which was excellent and the product is brilliant, great assembly instructions and everything needed was included .

What could have been an ok product was let down by seemingly poor quality control during manufacture of the prefabricated panels and (despite advertising to the contrary) quite knotty timber.
When raising query regarding sizing/matching of the roof panels, excuses of timber being a natural product etc were received. Not relevant to the issues I was raising.
Similarly the doors although prefabricated into a frame were different sizes and needed significant adjustments to hinges with spacers to resolve.
Having sent photos of mismatching panels I was then asked to send more photos holding a tape measure to prove my case, not acceptable.
A couple of the roof panels have t and g barely overlapping.
Appreciate not specified in their details but seems odd not supplying the kit pretreated even if at a slight premium.
Also an issue with glazing bars but I dealt with it.
