Very useful little packets. Would recommend if you take daily prescribed tablets or vitamin type and you are going away. Otherwise it’s boxes and tubes taking up suitcase space .

Ordering was easy, delivery was good and well packaged, the actual food information was really good and helpful

The product is ok

The product is ok, the delivery time was poor and the tracking information worse than useless. Would have been quicker to order the product from Amazon

Easy to navigate

Easy to navigate, easy to order, easy to pay. Delivery was a tad long, but product arrived and was fairly well wrapped.
Great all round.

Haggling refund amounts. Unacceptable

Item arrived broken, I requested a refund and they kept pushing for me to take a replacement. I said I didn't want the replacement so they offered me £2. On a nearly £14 item? It's not a negotiation. They owe a full refund. Still arguing it with them.
