Good product and a helpful quick responding Customer service
I had a lot of questions regarding my order and the customer service responds were accurate and on time. There was problems with delivery and they were solved promptly and to my full satisfaction. Also. I am very satisfied with the product. Only thing, there was a mistake when fitting the armrest, we couldn't screw in because the hole wasn't clear. A manufacturing defect. We had to clear the hole with a small file

Disappointed from quality and service
I'm quite disappointed from my Sofa
We went to the showroom in Berlin, and picked an expensive sofa-bed that looked perfect to our needs.
It was comfy, looked good and it was at the right size, so we purchased it.
When it arrived, we recieved a sofa that looks like the same one in the show room, but it was not comfy! I went back to the showroom and was told that it takes time until the pillows of the sofa "breaks" and becomes softer and comfortable (and I tried the one at the showroom again, and it felt really good).
that was such a "leave us alone" nonsence - im writing this review 1.5 years after the purchase, It's still the same uncomfortable sofa, and i'm getting annoyed every time im sitting on it.
I give it 2 stars - as the color of the sofa is really good and when I use it as a bed (about once every half a year) it is comfortable and practicale.

Good quality
It’s been a few months that we have the Bruno sofa. The sofa was delivered smoothly and is of high quality. The opening mechanism seems to be durable. Sleeping on it is quite comfortable already for a sofa of this type but the additional mattress on top was really worth it.

Schlechte Qualitätskontrolleinem and Terrible Customer Service
I will further update my review in English on day 3 of my Brunobett saga. My sofa arrived 2 days ago. There is a large crack in the wooden support beneath the main frame of the sofa. I immediately sent the details to Brunobett and reported the very disappointing quality here. Within 12 hours Brunobett responded on Trust Pilot, but 2 days later and I have not been contacted. So I have a large sofa, standing on its side, in the middle of my living room. I have visitors next week and the days are ticking away. Please resolve this issue immediately.
Das Schlafsofa kam mit einem großen Riss in einem der Stützbretter an. Das ist eine schreckliche Qualitätskontrolle. Dies hätte vor dem Zusammenbau des Sofas festgestellt und nie an einen Kunden geliefert werden sollen.
Update: Ich finde es interessant, dass Sie hier sofort auf meinen Kommentar antworten, ich jedoch keine direkte Antwort erhalten habe. Also sitze ich mit einem kaputten Sofa mitten in meinem Wohnzimmer. Schrecklicher Kundenservice.

Da es sich um ein Naturprodukt handelt und Holz bedauerlicherweise auch bei einem Transport kaputtgehen kann, hat die Qualitätskontrolle nicht zwangsläufig etwas damit zu tun. Wir versuchen natürlich solche Fehler zu vermeiden und gehen davon aus, dass das nächste Sofa fehlerfrei ist und hoffen, dass Sie das intakte Sofa genauso schnell bewerten.

The ordering process was easy and quick, and the delivery date was a lot earlier than the expected timeframe. The guys who brought the bed were really great, very smooth and professional installation.
