The blinds arrived quickly I had an issue as measured it as Recess not exact and they were short. I contacted BD and Maria handled my query very professionally and effectively and guided me through the correct measurements and reordered the blinds. She was helpful and polite.
It was very easy to order my blinds and they arrived within a week. Had a problem a week after fitting but Shanelle from customer services provided an excellent service and soon found a remedy for the problem - highly recommend!

I had initially measured the blinds incorrectly but had paid for sure fit and it was no issue to get them corrected. Happy with this company & will use them again!
Terrible service, took 3 days to let me know a next day in stock item was out of stock they then never replied to my email so I had to call a week and a half later to see what’s happening with my money to be told I need to wait another 24-48 hours but no call back so called again to be told there just going to refund my money in 3-5 working days so they keep your money for 2 and a half weeks and sell you items they know aren’t even in stock. Incompetent, poor customer service, dishonest. Blinds 2 go is the only company I will be using from now on.

Received my vertical blinds and they looked beautiful. I had chosen the chainless version and I am so pleased with them. There was a worry in as much as there were threads that hadn’t been trimmed properly when they were stitched. Chris at customer services was extremely helpful giving me two options to rectify this. Excellent service.
Would not do anything to take back standard blinds. I know they are not custom. You have to email them and wait 7 days for a reply as there’s no other support method as it cheaper for them to use email. They don’t have any factory everything is online. They buy things from another country. You are told to take pictures with tape measure to return which they don’t do anyway. I paid extra so I would be able to return in case anything goes wrong which it did. Also to get a replacement you would have to spend more money. Also their curtain rails don’t have a drawback string which should be a standard. There curtains are worth the bin they quality is poor for the £87 for one window that I lost. The worst place to buy anything let alone a curtain but the website is very polished which gives a false sense of quality except the products are manufactured at a low budget in another country. Please do not listen to the positive feedback here listen to the negative as it’s the only truth. Where else could you complain about these types of companies I felt I had to write this review as there’s no where else. My advice would be to go to a physical shop after this experience.
Really easy to order, arrived quickly and fit perfectly! Bought replacement slats as tracks for our blinds were fine, but the old slats were falling to pieces. The new slats look amazing and were simple to replace!
I have had my Roman blinds for quite a while and needed new brackets. I've been in contact and my issue was effortlessly resolved and new brackets are in the post. Customer service was first class. My blinds are still beautiful too.

There was an error with my order. Within two days of my reporting this error Shanelle contacted me with a superb resolution which blew me away. Mistakes occur, but it’s how a company rectifies the mistake that matters most. In this instance Blinds Direct were exemplary.
