The blind arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. The blind itself was easy to fit. A previous blind had been fitted. Removed existing blind and brackets and fitted new brackets. Blind fitted and working. Needed extra long chain which was delivered within a couple of days. Very pleased with final result. Looks good.

A lady called Lucy was extremely helpful. I just wish companies had more people like this lady. Sorted out my problem and even put a smile on my face. 10 out of 10. Thank you. You are a gem.

Courier arrived and noticed that the box was opened. Only thing missing was the 20mm pvc end box. When I asked about the 2 x 20mm 3 metre lengths of pvc conduit he said that he didn’t have it. Without the conduit I can’t do the job. Can someone please chase this up for me. Thank you.

Very easy to find replacement element. Fitted and lady was very happy that she could use her oven again. Would recommend.

We have a border collie and we find the shark picks up the hair that we don’t see. Have just replaced the drive brush and crevice tool so hopefully our shark will continue to keep our house clean.

Just finished fitting the radiator today. Delivered early and well packed. Impressed with radiator and almost fitted like for like with the old one. Looks good and working fine. Would recommend.

Blinds look good and are exactly what we wanted at nighttime. I actually found it easier to fit the clips to the window then fit the blind. Very pleased with the result.
