I made a mistake on my order. I ordered identical 2 women's shirts instead of 1 woman's and 1 men's. Bluvap corrected it by sending me the men's shirt at no additional charge. That's great customer service.

Ordering and paying was easy, I received the item as expected, and customer service was very responsive when I needed to exchange for a smaller size.

I really enjoyed the shirt I ordered from Bluvap. It was excellent quality and fit well. The ordering was efficient and fast.

The shirt itself is nice. My fiancé was impressed by the print and the quality. However, the shirt was too small not only was it difficult to get someone to answer me via email or on Facebook about how to proceed with exchanging for a larger size, but their refund or exchange thing where they don’t allow for postage to be printed off for you and paid and you having to front the bill is not best for the customer. In my opinion they asked me to fill out a review and then they would send me a new shirt with a larger size without me having to pay for the shipping, which I guess I appreciate, but it seems unnecessary.

Clothes I received are high quality & very nice. Customer service has also been very helpful & kind during a size exchange.

I truly love there clothing and the material they use. I love there designs so much i am ordering more for family and friends. A good way to represent the Lord. I highly recommend. And there customer service responds in a timely manner. 👍

The quality of the shorts is amazing. I did have to order two sizes up bc I am usually an XL but the team fixed that problem promptly. Very great quality and came as pictured.
