We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. If you booked lessons in an automatic vehicle, it's understandable that you would expect an instructor who could provide training in the type of vehicle requested.

We also appreciate your disappointment regarding your refund request. However, as the lesson itself went ahead and was taken, albeit in a manual vehicle rather than the automatic vehicle requested, the lesson remained fully chargeable under our terms and conditions. We understand that this does not change your experience, but we wanted to clarify the reason a refund was not offered.

That said, we're sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied with the outcome and that the situation was not resolved to your satisfaction. We value all customer feedback and would be happy to review the circumstances surrounding your booking and subsequent communications.
