Simply the best

I have been using Billa Reisen for a few years now, and I can honestly say that they are the best travel agency I've ever used. And trust me I have used many travel agencies over the years. I normally book our holiday very early, and a few times, Lufthansa has cancelled or charged my flight, and every time I contact Billa Reisen to change my hotel booking, they always help me with great professionalism, and a big smile and their faces. Thank you very much, Billa Reisen.
