Big Cash is pretty straightforward app. That pays quickly.

They totally scam you. Sure they paid out a couple of the lower rewards but when I got to the $20+$15 level i had enough for that and a $10+$5 withdrawal. Both showed pending for the better part of a day instead of being paid out instantly like the previous ones were. Then I went back to check it and they had returned the points for the $20+$15 reward but simply kept the points from the $10+$5. And when I went to the cash out screen the only option was the $20+$5 and the $100 reward. So I requested the $20+$15 cash out again as well as sent multiple emails that were not res p ended to. The latest withdrawal sat pending g again for most of the day then was returned and the cashout screen only has the option for the $100 withdrawal now. So after spending hours playing and over $20 on in app purchases im stuck missing over 3000 points and all but one cash out option with no response from customer service and no phone number to call. I have no doubt tge collected what they get paid for all of my work but totally cheat yoj out of any rewards that are promised when you begin the journey. They just take what they want and refuse to pay what youve earned. Dont waste your time or money on this scam there are legit out there, but I gotta admit that they fooled me into thinking they were legit by paying out a couple smaller rewards which got me to make the in app purchases in order to reach the bigger ones, thats when they get you. So dont be fooled.

It truly does send you money and I like how it adds money to the overall cash out amount so that’s nice went straight to my PayPal my only complaint is the levels you have to reach in games to get points have a 100-200 gap from step to step is in my opinion ridiculous but you’re getting free money so beggars can’t be choosers.

The app started out pretty good, until I started earning higher payouts or getting into deeper tiers if the challenges. At that point it just became theft of time as you can spend all day playing a game to complete a challenge just for it not to track and support to not respond to you, this has happened SEVERAL times and has resulted in around $35 worth of points not being credited to me that should have been.

Tasks for higher payouts do not track, support is unresponsive about this, i have literally had the app skip over tracking a task just to reward me for the next tier, which makes no sense since you have to compete 1 tier to advance to the next, I would say if these issues are ever fixed and support becomes responsive this could be a decent app.
