The customer Service is rubbish. And product are the same.I have problems with the filter pump, and they keep move me from the desk to desk.Not good product.

DONT BUY FROM THIS Company!!
If I could give these guys a 0, i WOULD. We have had an issue with an inflatable hot tub we bought that has a recall on it that HAS KILLED 2 PEOPLE. The recall info was sent to us by the retailer but we have still YET to get a replacement and have NEVER been able to enjoy our spa. The customer service consists of passing the buck to a different company that handles claims to having you fill out forms and sEND PICS IN VAIN ONLY TO HAVE TO DO AGAIN AND AGAIN. Absolutely the worst spa manufacturer customer service on the market. We have been trying to resolve our claim since JANUARY 2026 but we never actually get what we Are entitled If you're thinking of buying a hot tub for your family to enjoy, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I know their spas are cheap and they DO NOT stand behnd their rpoduct!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
