Great location
The apartment was in a great spot and was close to the beach, shops and walking distance to the ferry. Although a bit tired in appearance it suited my requirements .
The only thing that it lacked was air conditioning but apart from that all good. I’d stay there again.

We’ve now stayed at Hoeve Holland for the second time, and we absolutely love it! We’ve been here both as a family with our kids and as a couple, and it’s just perfect for both.
The apartments are really lovely, cosy and nicely furnished, and the location is simply fantastic. You immediately feel at home here and it’s a great base for exploring the island.
We also love the 25% discount on bike rentals 🚲 It’s definitely worth exploring Texel by bike – the cycle paths through the dunes, along the coast and through the beautiful countryside are just amazing.
We’ve had a great time here once again and are already looking forward to our next visit. We’ll definitely be back! 🥰
Highly recommended – whether you’re travelling with kids or just as a couple! 🌊☀️🚲

My friend and I booked a nice apartment in France over 6 months ago. I paid the initial deposit in March and then remaining lump sum deposit at the end of July. Yesterday, one week before our planned international trip, BelVilla canceled our reservation without any reason. The refund came swiftly, but this was really unprofessional and unsettling. We had to spend most of our afternoon during work rebooking an apartment through VRBO. It was very unsettling to have our accommodations canceled a week before our trip. We were prompt with payments and responding to agreements and contracts. Will never book through them again.
