Shipping took a little longer than expected, but definitely the original perfume at a very good price point 👍

The shipping time is reasonable—about 5 days from the date the order was placed. The packaging inside could be better, but a big plus is the very reasonable prices and the authenticity of the products. The large number of niche brand samples (Creed Aventus, Ex Nihilo Blue Talisman, Orto Parisi) and many others deserves special mention—there were 6 in total, plus a 5ml serum and a hyaluronic acid cream. Additionally, a 10% discount card for future purchases. This is a European-level deal for an order totaling 610 EUR. I highly recommend it, best regards, and I’ll definitely be back.

The oder arrived on time. The samples perfumes were top notch ex nihilo blue talisman extrait powerful performance,,by all standards, essential perfume Bois imperial and goldfield and banks ingenious ginger eau perfume. I was afraid because of the negative reviews. But hey my experience with this online shop is excellent. The perfumes were 100% iginor the negative reviews. They are genuine perfume shop without any manlace

Absolutely terrible service I returned £198.70 worth of perfume in June in perfect condition unopened and provided photos and proof of postage and the company have not responded to any of my emails or refunded me on receipt of the perfume - do not risk purchasing from BeautyTheShop it is not trustworthy or reputable . 11th June 2026 I requested to return for a full refund

I bought Ex Nihilo Speed Legends - good price (at least 40 off Selfridges) - boy was that a mistake
They sent a counterfeit bottle
Did not reply to customer service
Opened a Paypal dispute which I am awaiting the outcome of, thank goodness I paid with Paypal and not debit card otherwise I would have had zero protection

These guys are frauds selling fakes - do not trust the positive reviews!

Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is dreadful. I am still awaiting a refund from June. Zero communication so now I will report to my credit card issuer to raise a dispute. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade.

I placed an order with BeautyTheShop on 23 July 2026. Almost a month later, I still had not received it despite having made full payment.

Communication was nonexistent; I wrote many messages. No satisfactory solution was provided. I have now requested a full refund and submitted proof of my payment.

Very disappointing experience. I will update this review if the refund is processed promptly.Spare your money and addistional stress. Parfumes should be fun, no stress with admiting complains to European Consumer Centre in Spain. For me, living in Eastern Europe, losing this amount of money is significant and has a real financial impact. That makes the lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue even more upsetting.

The delivery time and the packaging of the product were fine, but they forgot to include the two perfume samples I had selected.

I tried to buy a perfume. When choosing method of payment there were 4 choices but only pressing on creditcard worked. When choosing method of delivery it also could only be delivery at a delivery service (which was not possible near my adres), deliveron an address could be selected but also have no reaction. I aborted the purchase because I don’t trust the website after this

It was a first time that I bought a expensive perfume and when it came i just shocked it was to small for that price and it's about 5 days I sent an email to them for return to get my refund and they are not respond it is so unprofessional and very bad service

Everything can be tracked on the website. As a gift 🎁, I got freebies: perfume samples and a serum. I'll definitely be back!

If there’s an issue with item purchased they don’t want to know. Will not respond to emails. Will not buy from them again

This was my second order, and definitely not my last. They have an excellent selection of niche fragrances, including many brands that are almost impossible to find here in the Czech Republic. My order was shipped quickly, and I received clear tracking updates throughout the delivery process. I also appreciated the transparent shipping costs with no unexpected fees at checkout. Everything arrived well packed and exactly as expected. I can confidently recommend this store to anyone looking for authentic niche perfumes.
