The batteries ordered didn't fit my device. Better Batteries asked for clarification and then gave clear instructions for returning the batteries postage-free.
A refund was paid into my bank shortly afterwards.

I was confused as to why my order was on hold but once I realsied that my VPN must've set off some sort of security protocol, I was quite appreciative that the team at Better Batt checked in.

I bought from better batt because they had a battery + charger for an older device that I couldn’t find elsewhere! Shine and Gen were very proactive in letting me know that there would be a short delay in receiving my order as it was a backorder item. I was very grateful for their customer service and communication.

On Sunday 18th January 2026 I purchased these for $52.98. On Wednesday 21st January 2026 I just received an empty box with nothing inside it so I chatted to customer support who are refusing to replace the items for me.
