Really surprised by the high quality items. I placed a fairly large order for almost 40 items. Everything checks out. I did accidentally order a few wrong specs but I'm hoping I'll have a smooth experience with their after sales team to get that sorted to put a bow on my experience. I'll update this review then

I ordered from Greece,so i was a little worried. They never sent me an email when my products were ready for shipping...so I sent them email.Fortunately they answered swiftly with all the details and the tracking system,which was accurate.

Excellent service. The lamp was delivered ahead of schedule. It is AMAZING quality for an incredible price. To be honest, we were a little concerned that the quality might not be great at this price point - we were very wrong. It is excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I never received an order that I paid for and the company did not make any effort to find the reason why I did not receive it

I am writing regarding the SMART Blue Skylight" LED Panel - Sky effect - Daylight - 100W - 120x30cm I purchased from your company less than a year ago for [660,00€ ]. Today, the same product is being sold for less than a third of what I paid, making it impossible for me to resell it even at that price.

I find this situation unacceptable and, frankly, disrespectful to customers who have trusted your company. I would have expected more transparency in pricing or at least a commercial policy that protects previous buyers.

I hope you can provide an explanation and perhaps a solution for customers like me who have been negatively impacted by this drastic depreciation.

Les escribo en relación con el SMART Blue Skylight" LED Panel - Sky effect - Daylight - 100W - 120x30cm que compré en su empresa hace menos de un año por [660,00€]. Hoy, el mismo producto se vende por menos de un tercio de lo que pagué, lo que hace imposible que pueda revenderlo incluso a ese precio.

Encuentro esta situación inaceptable y, francamente, una falta de respeto hacia los clientes que confiaron en su empresa. Esperaba una mayor transparencia en la fijación de precios o, al menos, una política comercial que protegiera a los compradores anteriores.

Espero que puedan ofrecer una explicación y quizás una solución para clientes como yo, que se han visto perjudicados por esta drástica depreciación.

Quedo a la espera de su respuesta.

not answer, il chat on his page the say you write a mail

purchased led strip, transfo, lamp and metal frame for led strip, shipping received after a few days with tracking. lamp had a small dammage probably from transport but communication with support ran smoothly and willing to help. received a refund quickly. issues can happen and the way bardelona led team handle issues is perfect so i highly recommend this website and company
