Scam company. Don't refund. Say there refund machine is broken for return label

The worst Experience ever done. The quality of the Product is very low . I want to Return the Product. Showing different Product and sending different Product. Its totally Fraud.

Sizing are ridiculously small. I ordered XXL for my son who has a 40 " waist. When they arrived they were to small for him and only just fitted me with a 33 inch waist. After much to and froing with emails I realised I was getting frustrated with their AI bots and so have resorted to posting bad reviews.

I’m assuming all of the 5 star reviews have to be fake.

Pros: the material is very soft

Cons: they immediately ride up your leg and pinch. Very uncomfortable

Be careful there sizes are not correct and they won’t refund or exchange they just make excuses. I had to go to consumer affairs to get it sorted

Shocking quality, one pair has a hole in after one wear & all the stitching has come undone. Emailed them and they offered me a discount code if I buy more!! Terrible quality & terrible customer service. Avoid

I finally got the BOXHERO underwear that took a month to receive and they are Terrible! They don’t fit right and bunch where to boys need support and don’t breath like they claim and after two days wearing them I Hate them! Never Buy this Underwear!
Worse than the old underwear I bout at the Mall!

WARNING. Currently no way of returning product. You pay, they ship, you want to return? Forget it. I have been waiting a month for a return address where is the Consumer Protection team when you need them!

I bought some of the Boxhero underwear and now won’t wear them. When nature calls, you have to unbuckle, unbutton, unzip, untuck, take care of business, retuck, rezip, rebutton, and rebuckle. Were these designed by women?

Been over a month and still waiting for it to ship. Also love how they advertise it’s US but comes from China. My mistake for not looking into it more. Buyer beware!!

I have used the Premium Boxers 1.0 and 2.0, as well as the Long Boxhero Boxers. While I actually liked the feel and the fact that the long legs didn't ride up, the physical build quality is incredibly cheap. The brand claims a "100-wash guarantee," but they do not last.Worse, their order fulfillment is a mess. I originally ordered the 2.0 pairs but received the 1.0 version instead. I reordered again specifically to get the 2.0 version because I wanted the front cotton inside patch. When the 2.0 finally arrived, it was nothing like what they advertised.Trying to get my money back from their customer service was an absolute joke. They ignored my "money-back guarantee" requests, and two months later, they just offered me a useless 10% discount code for a future order. I am completely done with this brand and will never order from them again.

I have placed two orders so far and in both cases, I have been very pleased. The bamboo boxers are very comfortable and breathe well in this summer heat and the fit is perfect.
On my second order, I rushed a bit and wasn't sure if had put the correct size but customer support was very helpful and confirmed the size for me before it shipped. They have always been very helpful.
Admittedly, they are a bit expensive so I try and purchase them on sale so that is why I gave them a 4 star but the quality, fit and feel are all top notch.

They do not have a return address even though they say free returns in the ad. This site and product is misleading just to get you to buy their product do not waste your money. Working with my bank to reverse the charges...they just keep sending emails that say they will get me a address shortly....that has been almost 2 months now. Terrible that they mess up an order and have no return address

Boxhero is a scam, nothing special about their briefs. I have been trying to get a refund for well over a month, just AI responses stroking me along. RUN.

I placed my first order in July, 5 pairs of trunks. I liked the fit & comfort. I washed them as directed in a mesh bag. I noticed that on one pair, the stitching around the leg hole was faulty and beginning to unravel. Email Customer Service-we need photos. Done. No, we want them in JPEG format- done. A week later, I get an email that we can't open the photos, no reason given, still waiting for them to get back to me. Rubbish Service will not be buying anymore from them. I have found a UK-based company with a similar product with 5-star Trustpilot reviews. Boxhero are in the USA, I would advise you not to use them.

Buyer beware. 5 pairs purchased. First pair worn got a hole in the seat within two hours of wear and very light activity. They aren’t very comfortable to begin with but quality is low. Then they promise no hassle returns but told me that their return platform was experiencing technical difficulties, which is quite ridiculous and seems like a shame. I’m throwing them in the trash and going with Hello brand, which are much better.

Lack of correct tracking information. Still awaiting product to arrive from China, which wasn’t clear that that’s where the product is made and not in the Australia. Poor customer service, as they’ve taken so long I’ve advised them to inform the courier to stop the delivery process and return and start the refund .
Latest update, BoxHero emailed myself telling me that I needed to get hold of the courier to find out what the delay is. I emailed them back informing them it’s their responsibility not mine. Shows the standard of customer care., which is THEY DON’T CARE AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

Order three pairs of men’s underwear, within 30 minutes found it restrictive and uncomfortable. Tommy John’s is my go to underwear.

Took weeks to arrive. Cheap for a reason. Zero support. You can barely ferl ghrm, as there isn't much material at all. If your a fan of twisting underwear & you balls being trapped against your leg then these are for you

This Chinese company who pretends to be Australian is the worst, I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now and still nothing,the tracking says from Australia to Australia but it doesn't take nearly 3 weeks to get to Sydney from anywhere in oz. Its Chinese they ship from China to oz.
I will never ever ever put my hard earned dollars into this or any other Chinese company they don't care as long as they have your money.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. BE WARNED.
