Placed my order on 07/02 nothing received 19/02
Placed my order on 07/02 thinking the delivery would take 2 to 3 days. Nothing received and left for our holiday on 13/02. The order was eventually delivered by Pau Chronopost to a pickup point on 18/02 which takes 1 hour return trip! I attempted to contact Autodoc through their chat service which proved to be a total waste of time. We return from our holiday 0n 23/02. My company sells 4x4 parts to France so I am totally conversant with the procedures. Total unacceptable service on all counts!

If you don’t need parts anymore after you returning from trip, you don’t need to collect the parcel. It will be send back to us automatically after some time.

Follow on from a previous review.Returned some parts which have taken approx ten days to get back to them.
Tried to use the app to find the status of my return.
The app spends more time asking for numbers and it's just impossible to get anywhere with it.
There should be a fully tracking option in your account for returns.
Like I have said after spending hundreds of Euros with them I will no longer use this company.
It been a disaster

What a joke
What a joke. First of all I want to start with the time frame it took for my parcel to turn up. OMG anyone think it was coming from Mars. In the end I asked for a refund and they never replied. The parcel eventually turned up and it took around 3 to 4 days for me to get around and fitting my items. I ordered only to find out that these OEM parts from AUTODOC didn’t fit so I requested a return and then which they sent me a form. I put the item back in the box. I sent the items back and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. I’ve spoken via text chat three times now and they’re still saying that they’ve only just received the item back and they have to check it for resale. I then stated well if you’ve received them back send me my refund but no not AUTODOC they insist that they have to check the items which I understand but the timeframe is ridiculous first time and last time I will ever order from this company.
